*This game helped me decide I wanted to be a marine biologist.* As alien as everything seems in this game, it’s not too far from what we have in our own oceans on earth. We know more about the surface of the moon than we do our own ocean. Just some food for thought.
The ocean is something we were never meant to explore, as there is at least 5x, and definitely way more times the world's landmass. We only know the the atom at the tip of the tip of the iceberg. And yet *WE ARE GOING TO EXPLORE IT ANYWAY*

I just started playing this myself, and it's really interesting to see just how much changed in the game since Vinny first played it. Neat to see how pretty much everything was renamed and the UI is totally revamped.
I think the weirdest part of this game is how realistic surfacing and diving is. It’s just like the real ocean, interesting and terrifying in equal measure.
I love Vinny's story about how it happened and I equally love the moment where Vinny glances out the window while telling the story and spots three Airsacks confusedly swimming by
I guess it doesn't have the same effect as it did when this was my latest video and the Wind Waker HD compilation was still in the works. Oh how things move along!

I held my breath there at the beginning, but my mistake was that I haven't taken my medications in a bit so I essentially have lungs the size of an almond. I barely made it 45 seconds.

I love how Vinny didn't realize the frame fucking could be due to the fucking map spanning tube he built and didn't demolish all of. Like that was my first fucking thought come on now vin
Earlier he attempted to join two of his bases. The result was the places where they were "joined" was very glitchy, and his FPS went down drastically. He stated later after removing the bases intersections that the frames were still low and that his save was broken.
