I am back in Bangladesh after 3 years and so excited to present to you places I couldn't visit before. In this episode, I take you around the alleys of Old Dhaka, an Armenian Church I stumbled upon Google Maps, New Market for shopping a small misadventure at Sakura Bar in the end. Hope you enjoy this video :)

How do I sum up so many beautiful moments. The crazy streets, the peaceful boat ride (i was hoping to get a glimpse inside those cabins), the beautiful Armenian church and those lovely gravestones with heartfelt messages. You got to ring rhe church bell too 🔔 I did that as a kid in my local church before mass in a small town where I spent my childhood.

Also try to show the modern side of Dhaka i.e Gulshan, Dhanmondi, boat ride at Hatirjheel, etc. Please also visit Chittagong and embrace the nature and Cox's Bazar the longest sea beach.
You bring life to not so lively place. You made me think deeper that what I like while travelling. Your random plan to enjoy and travel the city is so different. From the church which I am sure is not a recommended spot to visit in Dhaka. I would really want to visit it when I visit Dhaka. Waiting for more blood from Bangladesh

Sorry about not being allowed to go inside the mosque. As a Bangladeshi Muslim, I can tell you that this goes against the teaching of Islam. Because even in Maccha male or female everyone is allowed to go inside the mosque. What some of our backward country man, tend to forget Allah is not only the creator of Muslim, but also the creator of everyone of all gender and creed (as per our religious teachings). So everyone is allowed to visit Allah's mosque and be spiritual in their own way. Please stay safe in Bangladesh, and visit Bangladesh again and again. We love you and we want you back all the time. I am watching your vlog from Europe and missing my Bangladesh.

Since you are at the sadar ghat river port learning about boats. Perhaps you can take an overnight trip on the Parabat 18 river cruiser. It's a beautiful new river cruiser with nice facilities. Bangladesh is very conservative about alcohol as this is a Muslim majority country. Legally only licensed individual and foreign passport holders are allowed to buy alcohol here. Almost all the bars are Men-only except a few located in Gulshan - Banani area as most of the foreigners residing in Bangladesh usually stay in those areas.

Sakura people were afraid to let you in, a woman, generally it's for the foreign tourists. She raton was opposite. Could get beverage there. Just one glass of beer 850 Tk. Didn't know that.its not like that in india, you can get beer at city center, cinemas.Peacock bar is nearby. They sell beer.

Do lmk when you come to Bangladesh next time. Would love to show you around. There are more places to explore in Dhaka and all over Bangladesh. However, be safe out there as well when you're in the country because certain people can rip you off with prices too if they get to know you're a tourist over here. Beautifully represented though.
