Elizabeth Started Swim lessons when she was 14 months old. She started in a program called ISR (Infant Swimming Resource). At first, she didn't like it because she hated being on her back but soon she got used to it and took off like a fish. To pass the ISR instructions the baby or toddler must be fully clothed in winter attire including diaper, pants, shirt, coat, and shoes. Then they had to simulate falling into the pool and then be able to rescue themselves by swimming to the edge of the pool or to the stairs. The reason they do this is to assure that the child can rescue themselves in the worse case scenario. As you keep watching you will see that Elizabeth keeps getting better and better.
