Take a shot every time he says "nano me"
I don't understand why everyone feels the need to fight over who has the fastest blade between Necros and Cavalry. A slash>dash is the only thing they have to do. The hard part is the aim and positioning. However, as you can tell from the montages, when comparing the 2, if you were to just get 1 of their fastest blade clip, they'd be equal in speed no matter how you want to look at it. Slash>dash>Next target>slash>dash>Next target>rinse and repeat. They're both the same speed in that regard. And just a reminder, these moments are anywhere between 1/20 times or 1/100 they blade. They don't do this all the time. It doesn't matter who could blade the fastest more times either, because the fact is, they can both do it enough times for montages as long as they stay consistent in playing.
If there's anything to compare between them, it's just their Genjis in general. Cavalry has better dashes. And from what I've seen in both streams, Necros has the better aim. Necros is more consistent.

Calvary and necros don't go for consistency, they're known for fast esc. Blades, so they try to deliver as much as possible.
so what you are saying is, dont fight over who has the fastest blade, fight over whos a better genji in general?

This guy told me the first clip wasnt an impressive clip but ive never seen such a well executed/ fast 90° deflect. Also i do think cavalry is as fast as necros but with more style. Good montage btw :)
its arguable who's faster the thing is that cavalry is more disciplined he waits for the nanos , he waits for the cooldowns of enemies and he's more consistent of getting dem 3k+ with most of his blades he's just more patient overall in my opinion and waits for the big plays as of necros just uses it on cooldown to insert dominance and that puts the enemies on their toes so also its arguable who's better ..just their playstyles are a bit different
@@InHuman0007 havent checked their respective sr peak but i would say in the actual meta, a more disciplined genji would climb higher, do you have any idea about it ?
I haven't checked also cuz I honestly don't really care about the sr peak since the moment u hit top 500 there's a bunch of luck factor of what teammates u will get in ur team cuz u can actually get like 3 masters 2gms and u as top 500 vs full top 500 team (happened to me a couple of times), here im talking about the pure skill set of the player that's why currently in that meta the disciplined genji as u said should be more effective than the all in yolo one at least in my opinion @@M1st0g4nJust4U

He is clearly a very skilled genji, but if u look at a lot of these “cool” ghost dashes he completely wastes the dash and is in the middle of nowhere and is just lucky enfough to get a reset through an assist or some random bs. Goes to show that you can be just as effective on genji without doing all the fancy stuff. Also he gets the nano in 95% of these his gf must be a legend
this would be lovely with a better cleaner definition

Not better than necros but hes really good
Im not saying that cavalry is bad, im just saying hes not better than necros, if anything he is a close second to necros. Most of everything about cavalry is inspired by necros
