Black pork curry is the most famous pork dish in Sri Lanka. A fantastic curry with bold flavors and the best partner with pol roti (coconut roti).
Ingredients:
- 400g pork
- 1tsp turmeric powder
- 1tsp roasted chili powder
- 3tsp ground black pepper
- 6tbsp tamarind juice
- 1tsp sugar
- 1pc onion
- 1/2 slice of lime
- coconut oil
- 4-6pcs of cloves
- 1tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 2tsp roasted curry powder
- curry leaves
- cinnamon
- salt to taste
