Excellent review. Thanks for clarifying in so much detail regarding the V Mount option and the power bank option! I thought this light was only AC. DC power is very important to me. The Softbox tutorial techniques are amazing! Super helpful.
I got my Godox 90 T series from Amazon , and it came with the egg crate , it's a great Goldilocks size for your average one person interview setup . And yes no need for the deep ones .
There aren’t many reviews of these new models and they look amazing, thank you. I own 2 la200d and absolutely love them, I plan to get 2 la300r next year, hopefully. Have you checked out the godox s120t softbox? There are also other sizes, but they are “umbrella” style, apparently much easier to set up and colapse, I want to replace my softboxes with 2 s120t. I’m from Brazil and even though these products are relatively inexpensive abroad, here the prices are absurd. Ps.: you sound Brazilian
That bag is nice. I struggle to carry my lights to on location shootings, they didn’t come with a bag. I use a regular suitcase to carry them around, which is not very practical or safe, but that’s what I got for now.
@@GabrielEscobosa Fala Primo! Bem vindo ao canal. Sou originalmente de Belo Horizonte moro nos Estados Unidos 32 anos. The LA300R will be a nice addition as it is RGB. Even though they are all Litemons, the LED color on the LA-R series (the model and brand) may be slightly different than the ones present in your Litemons units, which is why the green magenta correction on the LA-R series shine, so you can match with your LA200Ds. Regarding the S120T, I think that type of assembly mechanism is actually not as good. Plus, that spring action may malfunction like suddenly collapse with aging. I had one of these types. I DEFINITELY recommend the QR-P90T assembly type shown here. And as you’ve seen my tutorial, it will become now the easiest softboxes around to setup. I also use the old school Speedring types, I can take that down in less than 6 seconds. People take 5 minutes to deal with those 🤣. It’s the SAME technique I’ve shown as well for those. I hear that importation tax in Brazil is 100% of the value of the item. It’s ridiculous… 😭 Thanks for watching!

Tax regulation has changed the past year, though. The 2 bowens softboxes I own (95cm and 120cm) are traditional speedring, I can assemble them pretty quickly as well but either way they are annoying! The other softbox I own has the ad300 pro mount, and it’s umbrella style like the S120T I mentioned previously, it is definitely much more convenient. I’ll watch more reviews from the QR! Thank you.
