Impossible goals take time, and you won’t get there by sitting still, making plans, and dreaming about how awesome it will be once you achieve your goals. Instead, you’ve got to make it a daily, hourly habit to be doing the work it takes to move your forward, no matter how difficult that work is
Vishen nailed the summary of Stephen Kotler's powerful presentation. Right on. A huge takeaway is practicing ahead of time to present excellence when physically exhausted. Thank you, Vishen and Stephen, for a taste of the wonders of achievement offered in this program thru Mindvalley. Fantastic. Outstanding. Think of the possibilities exposure to this training designs. No. Portends. Expansion of human talents fine tuned and honed to beyond-er levels. Wow. Blown away. Referencing the peak performance masterclass hosted by Vishen.

Great business people, 5 big problems a day to solve, while not being freaked out. They just solve the problem, saving 5 min of problem each time, 25 min a day, 3,5/hour a week, 3,5 week a year. So They do this 5 min at a time, flow will turbo boost further. He works with Huberman too. Make proses goals. 8 causes depression: genetics(never alone, often 50%), trauma leads often post traumatic growth, lack of meaningful work (not curious, or passion, not aligned with my purpose, no autonomy, no mastery, lack of flow)
you might have programmed how to win the match, but your opponent is able to upset that and force you to reset, notice and solve some details during match

Yet I'm doing job that I never wanted to do ever in this one life and trying to escape . But now I just can't understand what should I do on my life or what should be my goal or aim I just stuck hear. Please help me which one your video can help me to come out of it. 🙏 Otherwise 😭
Steven is not saying anything. Tell me what steps put u into flow state. ??? Besides what he said on Rogan. Which was run for 25 miles or mins , then run down hill , then smoke a joint !!!! I’m not making this up. Go look up
Love this video, but Match Quality is presented as a new concept. For 1000 years it's been called Ikigai... The Japanese method of finding the meaning of your life. Please still learn from this video, but go to the source from long ago and find meaning of why you are here. Now for my bit of wisdom....drop all beliefs...all conceptions of you and find....your Cat-Like Self....
