This is exciting. Custom low profile market feels like very slim with little options to choose from. Thanks for the superb review 😇. I'll also have to wait for a tkl version. Currently got the Keychron K1 TKL and would not want to swap to a different layout.
Hi Haurjie, How did you start with your own pc case designs and how did you came to the idea to sell your designs? how do you claim its your design so no other companies won't steal your design and how long did it take all this?
I just started designing in my room LOL. I didn't have to "claim" my design, it's just a design. I didn't do anything in terms of legal stuff where I protect my idea or patent, so far I haven't seen any companies steal it. It was just something I did for fun.
@@hardlinenexus Yeah because i have also some pc case designs i am sure no one else have made or designed and i want to bring my pc case designs also on the market. I only dont have enough money for it sadly :( Maybe this is strange and its okay if you dont want it but can you maybe help me with it? Ireally want to start also my pc case products. Because i am somewhat the same as you. I also just started drawing some pc concepts just on paper with pencil. Now i only have to make it in 3D or a full size model of it all made from wood as prototype. Like car companies do with clay models. Should i ask companies like Antec, Cougar or InWin that i want to collaborate with them and i share my pc designs and than they think yeah these are some good concepts. Do you think they want to invest in me and sell them under there own name or doesn't it work like that? Because money is really the only thing that holds me from my dream like many other things if it comes to design. I dont have enough for it to start my own brand / company and i also dont have like you these laser cut machines and i know these are also expensive. Maybe you have some advice what i need to do because i really want to share to the world like you my designs and my creativity 😊
@@trashqwaak626Your problem is how to get started you only have a sketch get a cheap laptop on sale create the 3d model u want and submit your work somewhere thats research you have to do for yourself
I wonder why they always make worst layout 75%? Why not 80% with standard layout? That's so minor difference in size, but very affecting usability and adaptation... I actually need PrtSc and Pause keys and also standard position for right Ctrl, Delete, Home, Insert etc. I would never buy non standard keyboard layout.
I would say there isn't a "worst" layout generally speaking, because it's subjective to how each individual uses their board. Imho, 75% is actually fine, but not the best for me. anything smaller like 65 or 60 are terrible for my use. 80% is also not standard, that's just TKL, standard would be full size.
@@hardlinenexus Yes you are right. There are even worse 75% layouts, just like Nuphy Air75 i.e., where there is no space between F1,F2,F3,F4 F5,F6,F7,F8 etc... You almost need to take a look on keys to find where is F5 or F7 or.... horrible :)
Logitech G915! I am searching for a Low Profile Keyboard. Greg Salazar has a nice looking one but he dosent tell wich one it is. For sound Test; The most noise is generatet by the Cap Stopping on the switch. For the second Part of the sound test i can hear mostly that the spacebar gets quiter. The Clack is on some a bit brighter and some a bit damped. FR4 PE foam Top Mount sounds chunky. Bottom Mount are a bit brighter and the spacebar more like dunk. Gasket Silikon is definitiv brighter and more klacky. Hard 70 isnt that nice to listen while it sounds like hollow and hollow is cheap sound. No Foam is Harsh sounding verry destinct klicky not klacky and also hollow sounding Spacebar is dunky Gasket silikone is damped and has peaked sounding. like the mids are lost and the high sounds are only there. 70er is also verry loud and harsh. For these 2 listen to the spacebar. the silikone strip gives back a lightly dumper sound but still verry high. The 3th segment are also light and high sounding and gets lower in tone with foam.
Bro wt are u smoking. Sound it generated mostly due to the switch bottoming out and top out and resonate through the board across the plate, foams and even the keycaps. Most low-profile keyboard are terrible in terms of feels and sound out of the box especially from well know brand like razer, logitech and rarely have room for any customization. This is probably one of the very good low profile custom keyboards I have seen. Whatever greg salazar is using probably is not even close in feel or sound to this but benefit of doubt to make fair comparison knowing wt board he actually used.
@@underdoglucifer chill Lucy 😁 I Just mentioned that greg hast a Low Profile and it Looks similar to this G915. I have a Roccat full size with the flat Caps. I modded this a bit so it Sounds pleasant for me. And the bottom Out, Check o-ring Mod. It kinda can Help make a Board quiter. Have a great day Lucy

200$ for this is insane. INSANE. Not really aimed toward any specific market and just expensive.
wait till you hear about group buys
@@Nathan-h5soh I’ve heard about group buys. I think they are really dumb.
Nice vid mate

Genuinely feels like a good product. NuPhy did a great job on this one.
Yeah I really like the Nos75, I'm just waiting for the TKL to come out
I want one, in Australia. Would prefer wireless though, as I am out of slots!
Out of slots? What slots? If you mean USB, you still need a USB for a wireless dongle connection
