So excited about part two. I could eat anything and was skinny and healthy until 40s. Started gaining weight and having stomach issues then. Now 66 years old and weight still going up even though I walk an hour a day, do inter. fasting 14-16 hr. a day and eat low carb. I seem to do much better in summer but winter in northeast just not as active and more wine and chocolate!
