Why do you expect the market to react to the last untested level 1st before breaking it to sell eurusd (time stamp - 23:24) , I've been noticing those kind of levels when I analyse, dont know what to do with them and their so close to where I wanna sell/buy from?
Time frame 19:28 you said the moment price breaks that upper level you marked (Blue horizontal ray) we are bearish, but that was a previous HH not a HL

If its weak ,no problem unless its very strong could lead to false breakout

@@apnacademy so if that level is significant we want the price to retest it and give us a HL for us to sell
