By far the best machine made cigar - complex flavour for a small cigar and no nasty chemical additives . My everyday smoke. Good review !
I think they'd be a good daily smoke if I didn't have other larger cigars.
Got a pack of these and loved them, great flavours.
Bout to buy these now as I'm about to quit my job. Nice review
Bought these and the romeo y julieta puritos and was very impressed! Good intro to cuban cigars! Cheers from East kilbride!
allan rodger which one did you prefer?
Definitely the romeo. They're nothing compared to proper sized cigars though
Tried these after trying castella, much nicer for a quick daily smoke, still pretty light but worth the time. For 15ish pounds for 5 it's quite decent.
I get them in the 25 count boxes for 25 euro, by far the most affordable way to smoke a few times throughout the day
I got a pack of these it came to $24 Canadian I didn't find them special in any kind but good for something quick with a Cuban taste. Great review as always
+kylebike128 $24 Canadian is around £12, not actually too far off double what I paid for these... quite surprising. For the price in the UK though (Since I'm a UK reviewer), it's actually pretty good for a small cheap taste.
for the smaller smoke have you tried the Metropolis Cigarillos? a bit pricey but i was really impressed for a cigarillo, great tin too. Cheers
I haven't tried it.
where can i get these and what type of cigar would u usally get at a corner store or newsagents
I got a pack of these recently and I’ve had 2 so far and they’re very bitter and seem very soft and seem fairly squishy,
When I say bigger I mean the flavour on my lips is like a chemical almost like they’ve been cleaned and the cleaning agent hasn’t been washed off...
These are crazy good man, tried it today holy fuck!!!! So good:)
I really love these but they're too small. What would you suggest for something that has the same spicy and strong qualities that these have but are bigger? Just a larger monte?
I have no idea what these were like and I'd cringe quite hard if I watched back on my own old reviews. Expensive montes like monte 2s can be quite hefty, I think the Open Regata if you can afford those is a pretty beautiful spicier smoke. Although the only real strong smoke I enjoy is the La Flor Dominicana Double Ligero Chiselito.
CigarHub Oh I've just watched your open regata vid and you made a point about it having similar spicy characters to these so thanks for the info. Yeah I'd love to try a La flor dominicana! I'm gonna buy a few more expensive ones after Xmas so I'll pick a couple up then. Oh by the way, cgars have started selling some of the De olifant range so I'm gonna try some of those soon. Full flavoured dutch cigars for cheap sound pretty good to me!
Oh just a quick Q - Have you tried the monte petit no. 2 and if so what do you think of those? Only £20+ for a cigar is a bit dear for me!
5in the box in cuba you buy them from 89 cents each ..ps im cuban
I hate my government and its taxes.
Would be about 35 usd where i live
It's $CAD15 for a pack of 5 at cigarchief.com 👍
$54 for 5's down under Starya
175 for 25 here...
What is the correct method of lighting a cigar? You seem to use a match for yours, I use a metal clipper lighter filled with butane, is that ok for lighting a cigar? I've heard to use either a match or butane lighter. I'm not that experienced with cigar smoking yet, so just wanted to clarify.
+Xavier M. Matches are best, failing that, zippos (wick lighters), failing that you can get away with normal lighters even disposables, and at a last stretch the butane jet lighters. Turning and having some time in a gentle flame is what you want.
+CigarHub Are jet lighters not good for cigars? Professional cigar smokers seem to use them.
Xavier M. Toasting cigars with a jet lighter is for plebs. Honestly a waste of time. The only thing they're good for is, after spending two minutes lighting it, you can start with a round burn, which of course is already overheated. It's just... nah.
+CigarHub So am I ok with using a metal clipper (butane filled) to toast and light a cigar then?
Xavier M. Pretty much yeah. It doesn't matter beyond the first few puffs anyway.
These are good.
Do a review CHOIBA SHORT
Yeah)
How much in uk and what shop in uk
Currently £7.39 for a 5 pack at Mysmokingshop. You can get a 10 pack of Monty minis for £7.35, but although both are machine made the extra size of the Puritos improves the flavour and the burn (I find the minis burn far too hot).
cool
These small ones do not require humidors?
Correct.
@@CigarHubReviews wonderful, thanks for the swift response!
Do you have to cut/snip these?
No.
My mother in law brought me some of these from Mexico! I’m scared to smoke them because I feel like they’re too valuable. 😂😂😂
You can get cubans in the mail in US 😉

Still tabacco. Still needs humidity.

$10 each in Aus… oh I’m sorry that’s wrong. They’re $11 each at the cheapest place on line.
Yeh I was just checking seeing if there worth buying it’s like $250 for a pack of 25
@@Hydro-od2rt they are yummy, though. I don’t know how Ubercigar does it but I’m in for the duration of their selling Montecristos.
Набиты очень слабо как и все в этой серии от кубы. Были бы в два раза набиты. Курились бы интеркснкй

Not a bad smoke but a tad overrated
