      I agree its why im trying to share stuff thats often not seen when the port is "finished" this helps alot visually :)
      but in reality too... at the most we are sharing 12-14% of what we do, I just prioritize sharing the "proper" steps and ofcourse the 86-88% power secrets are kept within :) so it may seem we sharing alot but its mostly basic proper approach only :)

    Great video, one question, i´m not a mechanic expert but i like to buy and do that to a D16Y9 head, it´s necessary to enlarge the ports or with a simple polish can be a good start? Isn´t for a race car, it´s to improbe power and fuel efficiency only.

      well the question is why high comp pistons?

    • @SRDmotorsports
      @SRDmotorsports 5 месяцев назад +1

      it’s not about just matching it… the “other” video I explained that locally peeps do this for the supposed “compression” gain on the so called “square” chamber which I showed the calculation to be too little of a gain for a lot more erroneous results…
      that’s ASIDE from the cam being incorrectly “keyed” (sa kunya) I explained on that video that sure u can compensate with the camgear BUT the other sensors on the dizzy like what or when it triggers the injectors? Will be out of sync…
      if a camgear is the solution? Why did crower come with a 63442Z (for p08) and 63442Y (for d16y8) if ever camgear lng need adjust?
      so reversing it? The airflow is the last of ur worry it’s still the incorrect cam timing with the lobe and injector phasing

    • @SRDmotorsports

      yes the dizzy has to match the head, so it has to be rewired and locking vtec wont make the lxi program match on the new head (alternator is okay)
