I usually love reading memoirs and biographies, but since I had my kid 4 months ago it’s all about fanfiction to me😅 it’s just easier to pull it up on my phone and I don’t mind it when I put it down for a long while and forget a plot point/important character

a binge can be classified as eating an abnormally large amount of food but that’s also pretty subjective, so if you feel like to you it’s a lot more than what you typically consume AND you feel out of control while you’re eating, then it’s a binge. your feelings and experiences are valid!! tiktok is full of people who think they know best and you shouldn’t listen to them esp when they’re not qualified to tell you what your problems are or how you should feel!!!

I read my first murder mystery the other day! I really liked it but it was a bit slow throughout so I need to find one that’s faster paced! I’ll take any recommendations!
I’m more of a romance/mystery/thriller reader - I love most books by Nora Roberts/JD Robb. But I also absolutely LOVEEEEE me some horror/psychological thriller/sci-fi from Stephen King, James Patterson, and Michael Crichton. Reading is so relaxing and enjoyable. I wish I had more time to be able to do more of it. 😭😭😭😭
The thriller section always intrigues me! I love the fun horror plots but I get so scared watching the movies that I just watch foundflix and deadmeat to tell me how the movies go without the jump scares 😂

i like reading sci-fi books! also, it's hard when people invalidate you when you KNOW that something is going wrong, and then you start to second guess yourself :/ sometimes you don't need a clinical diagnosis, you can just see if you're dealing with some of the symptoms and then figure things out from there.
Everyone on the internet is more of a Doctor than I am lol whether I know it or not. 🥲 and I definitely want to get into sci-fi! I do enjoy watching sci-fi shows so I feel like it should translate into books!
Sorry the comments on tiktok make you feel invalidated, not sure you should be getting medical advice there.😬 From what I've learned, a binge is normally more the feeling of being out of control rather than number of calories consumed.
