Wanted to thank you for putting a smile on my face everyday. At start of march I had 2 lawns that were both knackered. One full of moss and big dead patches due to dog urine. The other full of thatch and turning white/yellow. Aerated with a fork, scarified, reseeded, top dressed with jack's magic, watered and WAITED. They are both now so GREEN and I'm obsessed with mowing, weeding, removing annual meadow grass, watering, trestments and all that! Cheers
Daniel thanks. I use to be afraid of verticuting a new . But after watching your videos I did my lawn after a month from seeding and it looks great . Much appreciated…keep the videos coming
Thanks Dan I've been mowing lawns for twelve years but you've given me the Inspiration to develop my lawns and skills. What a great job on that lawn mate well in!
Stirling work Daniel, you have a great channel. Your Allett is a real workhorse and does a great job. I, like you use a combination of a Hayter and Allett. The Allett with its attachments has taken our lawn to the next level. Keep your advice coming fella 👍🏻
Another great video Daniel thank you. My own lawns are a dream since I started following your advice over a year ago. Keep the videos coming such an inspiration.

Have you ever used Barenbrug Golf RPR Daniel, a full ryegrass with an added one that reproduces stolons from one seed plant? Your views if you have used it please.
Hi Dan. Really learning a lot so keep them coming. I have a question unrelated to this video. I watched an old video where you killed off a lawn. I unfortunately need to do the same and want to know if I need to put down new soil or can I just overseed and cover woth jacks magic?
If you just kill off the seeds of the weed grasses will just come back so if you want to do it right you need to remove the old turf too otherwise its just a waste of time
Absolutely love the videos 👍 I just wish you would do some true British lawns and get some Bent/fescue lawns going too. Maybe a bowling green project would be ideal 😉
Another great video Danny killer stripes mate. A quick question my lawn had big clumps of annual Meadow grass so I hit them with weed killer and re- seeded which has come through nicely. Then I went on holiday for 10 days when I got back the whole lawn was covered in annual meadow grass, throwing up seed heads! So it scarified it cut it low with the Hayter to remove it. So if you water and feed your lawn regularly does annual meadow grass actually die off as the name suggests. Cheers Dan and keep up the good work 👍 Simon.

Do you know of anyone in my area that you could recommend to do a lawn renovation. I have spoken to a few local firms but do not feel very confident in them after watching your work. Thanks.
Love the videos. I am in process of renovating my small rear lawn which had a huge amount of Annual Meadow Grass in it but I have slowly replaced and seeded. I am keen to verticut regularly to improve it further but as it is only a small lawn I am not sure what is best tool to get to do this. Daniel, I just received my Allett Verticut cartridge for my Liberty 43. In the Allett Verticut instructions, it says they don't advise making successive passes at right angles because "the turf can be damaged as it opens and separates into cubes".
