I appreciate this you guys. I had never heard any of you ( Bradley Martin, NELk, and Impaulsive) until I was working nights. We’re about the same age, but live totally different lives. I live in the mountains with my woman, our son, and our dogs. I love my family and our life. The only thing that’s been a struggle is how am I going to provide for that life. There’s been times where I hated my jobs and would see your videos and feel some kind of way. Mike nailed it on the head. I appreciate you and Steiny being authentic in your discussion. Unfortunately I’ve been that troll (hope I’m not being on now) where I’d make negative comments. I never used to engage in any negativity online and watched far more sunsets than screens.I barely used social media and never watched RUclips. Thank you for sharing this episode, but this highlighted something I’ve know in my soul all along. Even though we’re about the same age the culture you guys are discussing I’m not a part of. I’ve struggled to find my place at times, feeling like we’ve lost our way as far as respect and how we treat people. I hold the door for people, help someone who’s in need, and will save a stray dog not for clicks or attention but cause it’s the right thing to do. I’m thankful to have found my person who I trust with my life and whom I made a little person with that we’re raising to be a good man. Thank you for this pod because it was just what I needed. I think it's because, for the most part, people who need favors are usually people who don't have their shit together. So, they're not in a place to reciprocate favors. But, it isn't just that, people who are constantly asking for favors are just people who are selfish people users, unfortunately.
