    Gina, this is sooooo pretty! It is a great design because the appearance can be altered simply by changing the type of beads used. I have had some bad luck in losing bracelets by not having the button loop correctly sized or by having an oddly shaped button that is less secure, so I have started adding a seed bead “safety chain” to those that connects the two ends of the bracelet. I sometimes add a crystal in the middle to make it more decorative since it hangs down a bit. I make it just long enough for the bracelet to fit over my hand before I clasp it.

    • @GGCBeginningbeaders
      @GGCBeginningbeaders  2 года назад

      Hi Gale, yes a safety chain is a good idea, I don’t have trouble with buttons, but magnetic clasps, yes. I am glad you like this one,I hope you make one.

    This was my first treasure bag and I love the variety of beads. I made this bracelet today with those gorgeous frosted beads. So pretty. I also used the blue rectangle beads to make your summer bling bracelet from the previous bag. I loved that tutorial when it came out but didn’t have beads similar to those flat bicones. I’m going to make another with the other color. Looking forward to more nice tutorials like these and future treasure bags. Thank you for sharing your pretty designs.

      I am so happy you are enjoying the beads! That’s a good idea to use the new crystals with that previous design, hadn’t thought of it. I am just very happy you are happy and hope to get more tutorials posted soon!

    Hi Gina,
    As usual another very, very pretty piece!!
    I absolutely love your designs and have made several over the last few years. I definitely want to make this one and wanted to ask you about the 4mm rounds. Would a 4mm fire polish work or does it need to be a perfect round??
    Thanks for sharing this one.❣️

      Hi, a Firepolish 4mm round should work fine. Go for it and thank you for the nice comment ❤️

    love ur channel! I'm a beginner beader and I have a question. how do I know a hard wire from a soft wire? please advise. thank u and Keep Beading 💃🥳

    • @GGCBeginningbeaders
      @GGCBeginningbeaders  2 года назад +1

      I would love to advise but there are several different type of wire for different projects. If you are speaking of metal wire many times the hardness is on the label. You can also tell by the way it bends, if it bend very easily and wraps very easily it is soft.if it is harder to bend and wrap and holds its shape stiffly it can be medium to hard temper. Memory wire is hard temper many craft wires are soft to medium hardness.

    Very pretty. Maybe this is for more advanced headers but only calling out sizes is very confusing. If you could also say the color it would help a great deal. In addition, your nails are really pretty but very distracting. Shorter and a neutral color would be less distracting. Thank you for your teaching,

    • @GGCBeginningbeaders
      @GGCBeginningbeaders  2 года назад

      Calling out the colors does not describe the bead for those using other colors than I am, once you become familiar with beads and their shapes, it won’t be confusing and no, I am not changing the way I do my fingernails, I like them.
