Get James Nestors Book "Breathe - the new science of a lost art" for him and let him train his nose-breathing. There is no reason to snoring if you breathe correctly and on top of that, its just the beginning of sleep apnea and a lot of problems bound with that. If he values his health and your restfulness he might consider it. Love
Those very subtle notes in the background I usually hear once my mind is doing it's thing, it actually felt like I was hearing them again but this time they were real, this is amazing!
It's crazy how hard it was to discover this, or any new-ish, channel! This is so good, and reminds me a lot of SacredXO ASMR's soundscape. I wish channels like this would get top of results every so often, instead of the same 10 channels over and over.
I love how there is almost no viewers in the first seconds, but after 5 minutes it's just a straight, slightly growing line, indicating that everyone who stayed after a few minutes just fell asleep and watched till the end 💖 Amazing asmr ✨

I'm from the uk and only discovered this about me over lockdown and unfortunately rn cant go shopping with all my girl friends bcus everything is closed but soon I'll be able to. This video is particular is nice bcus I have social anxiety over my friend group and only feel comfortable with 1 or 2 people in my life and your videos help to put the thoughts aside and get some sleep so thank you keep at it I'm happy to see your channel growing recently.
