The Android Guy, could you explain how you get Google Play to recognise your phone after rooting. I can log in to my account in a browser and view all the apps I had installed before the phone was rooted but when I try to re instal them Google never delivers them to my phone. This is the third model of this phone I have owned (I lost one, one was faulty from new and there third one had a failed android update, which is why it is now rooted) and three phones are listed but which ever one I select I get a message saying the app will be downloaded to my phone but it doesn't arrive... ever. That's a Smart Question. I didn't check that out during my tests but the App data ie. About 40mb is moved to external memory. The media however should be moved by linking to enteral SD. The Android Guy already subbed after this one, I'll definitely check out those apps as well. And yep, Nexus devices are amazing for modifications, especially the N5 (which is why I bought it). I've installed 15 separate ROMs in it using MultiROM, and can boot into whichever I like! (Including Ubuntu, Sailfish and Firefox, and even HTC Sense 6!)
Louie Alouie The Htc sense UI is minimalistic. It will give you a stock Android feel but that's it. You don't get many features. Good roms are pure custom roms, those roms which are not based on any pre existing roms eg. Cyanogenmod roms, etc
Hi Nitin. SuperSU Binaries are Outdated and so most root apps will either not work properly or will not work at all. No screen recorder worked on My Mmx A106 for 2 yrs when i was on SuperSU. I switched to Kingroot and never had a problem since. . Hope that helpes Goodluck TheAndroidGuy

Nice video, but in theory when you "root" your phone, you just get root access in the current ROM. In other words, you can also flash a custom ROM/recovery without rooting your phone, or install a custom ROM that doesn't even have root access.

The Android Guy already subbed after this one, I'll definitely check out those apps as well. And yep, Nexus devices are amazing for modifications, especially the N5 (which is why I bought it). I've installed 15 separate ROMs in it using MultiROM, and can boot into whichever I like! (Including Ubuntu, Sailfish and Firefox, and even HTC Sense 6!)
Louie Alouie The Htc sense UI is minimalistic. It will give you a stock Android feel but that's it. You don't get many features. Good roms are pure custom roms, those roms which are not based on any pre existing roms eg. Cyanogenmod roms, etc

Hi Nitin. SuperSU Binaries are Outdated and so most root apps will either not work properly or will not work at all. No screen recorder worked on My Mmx A106 for 2 yrs when i was on SuperSU. I switched to Kingroot and never had a problem since.
