Hi there! Just dropping by to let you know I have a whole bunch of art resources as well as my filming gear linked in the description, hope they can help! ⭐️
This was so practical. I've watched a ton of other content planning videos, but they were mostly aimed at influencers instead of artists, or they were just rehashing the Instagram algorithm blog post. Thanks for providing such a thorough example specific to artists!
I’m so glad you found it helpful Kelsey! That’s kind of what I’m trying to do with all my videos, since I couldn’t relate to a lot of the videos that were out there
This was so so useful! Being on so many social media platforms can be really.daunting, but I love the way you break it all down and encourage repurposing content! Loving all of your videos about art business/social media!
Hi Katerina! This was incredibly helpful-thank you so much! I really appreciate not only the practical ideas you shared but also your point about how art often doesn’t stay relevant online for long. It’s a great reminder to maximize the use of what we create, making sure it serves us fully. I’m also working on shifting my focus to enjoy the creative process for myself, rather than depending on online validation. I’m practicing gratitude for each time I sit down to improve my skills, knowing each effort is a step toward continuous growth. This is my third attempt to stay consistent in sharing my illustrations and doodles online, and I’m committed not to let the lack of “recognition” deter me from practicing my passion. My goal is to create a community that celebrates mindfulness, mental health, and positivity, empowering each other to spread positivity and do good in the world. Best wishes from 2024! Jero
hello, thank you so much for this video, I'm always having trouble with my social media pages, the thing is I keep thinking that posting wips and sketches and lineart and speedpaints of that one or two artwork over and over will make followers annoyed or something? probably just me since art should be valued and not demanded of the artists, I just saw some other artists do the same I went ahead and counted the wip posts and speedpaint shots they posted of the same artwork on their ig feed and it was like 30. it blew my mind. i think social media are becoming too demanding of the creators that it mess up with an artist's mentality. anyway, thanks again for the great video I will definitely start changing some things in my schedule.
awesome! I've been doing my research because I've been making my art business plan, and starting a youtube channel for my art is a main point. You really broke things down! Thank you! :)
this is really helpful !! i want to start an art channel and i've been watching your videos for advice, and you give such the best :(( i hope you'll be more successful with your channel and stay safe !! and congrats on 1.5k
this is so helpful! I found your channel a while ago and I wanted to wait until I had a break from work to plan out my content. I really want to share more of my voice and my artwork. I feel like this is a great foundation. thanks for the advice and help!!!
What you said at the end of the video. I think well. It may of changed my life. I never thought about keeping content to post in case life or an art block springs up out of no where. I find that I will delve deep into art then crash and stagnate after a peak... so idk. Very helpful. Think ima do just flopping that & store and collect some content during these peak periods. Way better for my consistiency
AMAZING!!! Really, I saw a bunch of comments about how to recycle your content but the way you explained make it sound really achievable... Thank you 💖 February I'm definitely gonna start posting for real following this
I’m so so glad you found the video helpful! When I started thinking about it in this way and getting organized everything felt a lot less overwhelming for me so I wanted to share ❤️❤️ best of luck posting!
This is really high quality advice and guidance 🤩 Thank you so much for being so real. I am actually relieved to know that it’s not just me who finds posting consistently difficult , but you definitely made it seem possible with some planning and smartness 😊 thanks a lot again ! Love your content ❤️
Man, that was really cool because it was also a reasonable amount of art for me to do while I am in school too. I thought when you first said "2 polished drawings" that you meant per week. I was like "well that's unsustainable" ahaha. Thank you so much for this!
Finally all my research ended here....this video is so so soooooo much helpful to me and the presentation is also excellent. Thanks a ton for creating this one . Absolutely loved your content.
Omg I really love your videos ty it really helped me out so much with my yt channel and Instagram I have been waiting for this btw you have got an awesome personality love you stay safe 🌟❤️💖🌟
A video like this was exactly what I was looking for. I work a full time job but want to supplement my income by doing what I love most; art. I'm not usually very good with social media, but this video broke your process down perfectly to give me some great ideas on how to do it myself. Thank you!
this is just brilliant!! Plenty of what you talked about was just on my mind but this video was perfect for me to put it down and start developing my content planning... you're wonderful
This video was very very very helpful for me as i was planning to make an year plan today nd this helped me a lot💖...i love ur videos they are so genuine...may u hit 10k soon .. Much love💕 God bless😇
Thank you! It’s definitely not the end all be all though, I’ve been pretty absent from social media while I focus on school and work and that’s totally ok!
Ahaha it’s so hard to see good posts like this, so many artists struggle with repurposing their art 😝 thanks for being real ☺️ Twitter has stories as well although I’m also not big there so no idea how they fair. I think Twitter works more on art shares and stuff like that.
Thank you! ❤️ I’ve tried to post my art on Twitter but I can never keep up with it, I don’t think the platform vibes with me 😅 at least not right now! What sucks is I’ve heard a lot of freelance illustrators say they get job opportunities from Twitter sooo.. who knows
@@misskaterinat ahah true, my friends get all their commissions and stuff from twitter. I have more followers than they have, and only ever had one commission from there 😅 I always get them from IG which I prefer. Trying to dabble now on RUclips but I don’t know 😅😅 I guess it depends on what you do. But on twitter it’s “easier” to be seen by celebrities I think, like one fanart of a friend of mine was liked and rt by the game creator.
Wow this video was so insightful 🤩 thank you for sharing this!! It really helps my mind set on what I need to do! Working full time and trying to balance content has been hard but these are some great tips ooo put into action ❤️
So so so helpful, inspiring and encouraging! Just starting out and this is great content! Thank you so much!!!! I have a question about video editing... I'm wondering what is a good, free video editing software. Right now I am getting my feet wet with Windows Movie Maker, but wonder what you'd recommend as that one seems a little limiting. Any insight is appreciated!
No problem! It sounds like you’re working on a PC and unfortunately i already had premiere when I started my channel so I never had to look for a free alternative to iMovie :( I wouldn’t know what to recommend but I hope you find a program that works for you!
@@misskaterinat Thanks, yes I will find one and it'll be fine. Yep I'm on a PC. Thanks again, for all your awesomely helpful posts. So glad I discovered you. Be well and keep rawkin it!!!

Absolutely! I’m glad I could help you think about it from a different angle :) we can’t expect ourselves to be able to be constantly creating!
So useful and simple to understand. I’m relived I don’t need to have constant drawings to do everyday 😅
This is what I need from so long ❤️ thankyou so much ✨💕
This was so useful! I like to keep my insta really consistent so didn't want to post wips really, but mini speedpaints are 100% my vibe XD
Awesome! I have to sometimes remind myself not to put the speedpaint in a carousel when I can get a whole post out of it tomorrow 😅
Thank you for this video

Haha I’m an Aries but I don’t think there’s such a thing as a natural drawer! It all takes practice :)
