I’ve watched this pretty much from the beginning, it looks awesome you should be very proud. Opinions are like assholes, everyone has one, so I say this knowing that in advance. You have the talent to take a rad shell from a model A and scale it to fit your build, I think that would set it off and give it a very authentic look. Cheers from Canada, congrats, looks fantastic.
I thought about that but i want it in the engine compartment. By the way what you see there is not the battery that i will keep. I need something smaller later.
It looks really cool sitting outside doesn't it? I was really happy when I took the Goofy Cart outside just to see it in the sunshine. Very nicely done Z-man
Wow you did an amazing job I love it. It really took me some time to realize it was full scale, you did good enough to fool this guy in thinking it was a full size non replica. Man I would love to have this and put a street bike engine like a Hayabusa or hell if you can find one really go out and put a ninja h2r if you don't know what that is look it up 326 horsepower but just a cbr 1000 would rip it up with over 100hp. That good looking car deserves a bad ass engine.
Thank you very much bro. I hated the motorcycle engine idea since the beginning. Because i wanted a reverse gear anyway. If you see some later videos . It have a v4 ford fomoco taunus engine in it now. And i stopped beside real old fords. It is much smaller actually not a full size. Only case its when you compare it to a model T T-bucket. Then it looks lije a full sized hot rod. But my frsme is in the end smaller too
@@martinshow5146 sorry my text was incorrect in ment to say it took a while to realize it "was NOT full size" lol. You have a great point about the motorcycle engine although I have seen some guys on RUclips get around that with a additional gear box that adds reverse and in some cases additional gearing if you needed low low gear for instance but it seems like you have it figured out and I do like your idea for the engine. I would love to see some updated videos if you have them, I'll check your channel maybe you already put them up if not maybe you could post some? Thanks for responding to my comment it means alot. Keep it up I absolutely love this car it's perfect.
Lexan (USA) is polycarbonate, plexiglass is acrylic. Lexan is used to make bulletproof windows because will not shatter (at warmer temperatures). It is also used for safety glasses. You can take a narrow piece of it and bend it back and forth until it gets too hot to hold. Plexiglass will shatter instantly if you try that. I've heard lexan scratches easier than plexiglass but they seem about the same to me. Lexan is the best product for your windshield. Plexiglass will also crack like glass if it gets hit, but it's more resistant to cracking than glass.
I love it boe it's nice to look at something u made an say I built that it's best feeling to me I be on cloud nine..I love it man.. when you're done with that 1 how much well charge me to make me 1 😁
No HATE here , Fascinating ideal . What do you think the top speed will be ? .... Some people can't open their eyes to new styles .... Can't wait too see the A moving under it's own power .... VERY COOL A
Top speed was about 80 kmh. I had to limit it to 50. Because it didn't felt safe at that speed. Now with the new engine and a worse brakes, because i took an old drum brakes axle that replaced the mercedes brakes i had. So i will need a helmed...
Nice work , I bet you are enjoying building this car.

It would be nice to get an antique licence plate for it. Maybe 1927 or so!
