I like to choose a nature sounds video to play on my laptop at night as I am getting ready for sleep. I don't relax and "shut off my brain" easily, so a quiet, calming sound--like this bubbling stream nature video is what I look for. The quiet and bubbling (soft, not loud or fast) sounds are soothing for sleep. and the 8 hr playing time is ideal for my sleep duration. I don't have to be awakened too soon when the video ends and another (with ads) pops up in the queue! I listen at night and fall asleep to the soft, soothing water sounds! That's very pleasant & relaxing! Thanks for uploading!
In 1991 I was diagnosed with having the worst sleeping disorders in the entire Country, never sleeping deep or hitting R.E.M. so I rest better while I listen to this. Thank you! And I also have a 13 year old Chihuahua rescue that suffers from severe anxiety... any noise such as wind, dishwasher etc. causes him to go in severe panic mode. But playing this has him sleeping like a baby during hurricanes now in Nova Scotia! 👏👏👏👏👏👏 😴😴😴😴😴 🙏🙏🙏🙏 💪💪💪 👍👍 💛

This is so pleasant and not too loud, the water sounds are soft and soothing! I am glad it's longer than some I've heard, so I can play it while I sleep and it won't wake me up when it ends and another video starts (with ads). This is beautiful! Thanks for uploading it!
I was listening to that in my garden , and when I stopped it accidentally I heard my neighbor saying: oh no don't stop it, from his garden.... 😂😂😂 ❤❤❤👍💕

The Sounds Are Very Soothing For Sure, But The Visual Is To Close Up. It Would Be Far More Calming To Be Able To See The Stream, Trees And Banks, As If Sitting Next To It Relaxing Instead Of Face Down In It, As It Now Depicts.. Just An Insight From Someone Who Lives In The Mountains.. Although Some Folks May Not Like Natural Bird Conversation A Little Would Make It More Peaceful.. Good Sounds To Sleep & Relax With. 😊
