If u go back and look at the play calling the coaches are the problem. Everyone knows Todd Bowels like to blitz and the coach play calling is 4 wide outs running similar routes in the same area no one running a slat in the middle where it is wide open. With that being said it put alot of pressure on the QB when no one is open and it's no one to throw the ball too.

Jalen is saying what I thought all year. They didn’t enjoy this year’s success because it didn’t look like last year.
Which probably might also explain the main reason why Jalen & the team wasn't truly having any real kind of fun while playing ball during the season_ I was puzzled not seeing our Captain not celebrating touchdowns the way he did in 22_ It was so contagious and EVERYBODY fed off it; It helped make our season that much more special; (and as great as our run to 10-1 was, it still wasn't the same because they weren't really having any fun in the process and the energy on the field was completely awkward..)🤦🤦🤷🤷 Let's get clean out whatever mess there is in that locker room and work our way to getting back on track again..👍👍✊✊ GO BIRDS!!💪🦅🦅

This guys has the mindset and the attributes to lead and ultimately win. Now what the owners need to do is get a coaching staff to develop Hurts as a quarterback.
U cannot give this man $50M dollars and not give home the tools and knowledge he needs to deliver on what he is being paid for.
The money is to keep him on the team but preparing him to win and lead the team requires a team around him that cares about his well being personally and professionally.

You can’t really blame him for the late season collapse. Brian Johnson failing to make any sort of adjustments to the play calling is the reason for the collapse. I hope Jalen goes to work with Tom House's QB school like he did before the 2022 season. He has to get back to working on the fine points of quarterbacking, especially stepping up into the pocket...go through the progressions and not always bailing to the right like he did in 2021. But, also, Lurie needs to hire a legit coaching staff who knows how to utilize hot reads into the offense. This coaching staff is like a pee wee football staff. I've never seen a coaching staff not being willing to adjust to blitzing schemes. Just crazy.

at least we still had some good moments..Eagles vs Bills was one of the best games of the season in general and alot of our wins came against playoff teams. Dolphins,chiefs,rams,bucs,cowboys,Bills...So just think what they can do with better coaching,we'll be back

We need to see more from Jalen next year. Definitely has to read the blitz and defenses more. I think he’s been playing hurt since the knee injury a while back, but still, crazy drop-off of rushing and rush attempts over the last 2 months.
You can read blitz and defenses all you want but on blitz if you send all WRs on vertical routes and no slants then what do you expect especially on short gains like 3rd and 2 or 2nd and 5. Read the defense all you want but if you do the same high school football scheme with no motions before hiking of the ball, using weak screen plays, players, not blocking on said screens, not using a FB to block on key runs, then you gonna suck it up. Fire the coaches and build with the right coaching staff.

There were no CHECKDOWN routes, no hot routes, no max protect. Just Jalen one-on-one with a free rusher and receivers running away from him with their backs turned. What's he supposed to do?

He carries the team for the first 10 weeks. The coordinator (nick) failed to switch the offense after seeing that the niners had literally put the blue print out there. Same 6 plays every game, no answer for blitz. I’m sure all that has taken a toll on him.
I don’t care what anyone says. This offensive line did a horrible job of protecting Hurts this season. They are living of their name value everyone but Lane.

Teach him it is not just about execution. Executing the wrong offense in the wrong situation is bad. Understanding adaptability and change. Seeking understanding of your teammates verses stoicism is also leadership. He is young I hope he grows from this.

Chiefs fan here. Hurts is a great QB and a class act. Kansas City also went thru the losing streak late in the season including a home loss to the Eagles. The main difference is Kansas City has #2 in the NFL defense that showed up and shutdown the #1 NFL offense in the NFL. Eagles will be back next year in the hunt again.

The only current starting QB with a Master's degree with the exception of the 3rd string Jets QB. With a 3.4 GPA, I'm certain he knows what areas he needs to focus in to attain his goals.🦅

I’m a cowboys fan but I love this guy. I hate what I saw on the fumble drill. I’ve never been that angry for someone that I don’t actually know. But everything I have seen of him over the years has made me really like him. I don’t follow all the Philly news as much but I have been wondering about AJ Brown. Was he really not able to play. I’ve seen Jalen wearing braces. Hearing he had to have specific treatments after every game. Everything I’ve seen he wouldn’t be taken out of a game if he could do anything about it at all. I’m just wondering if AJ has that same desire in the biggest game of their season. Especially a player who believes he’s got to have the ball for them to win
