It was the 3rd race on the spin I'd caught Tom at the wrong time, was just starting to regroup/build for an attack, very frustrating! Hohum... . Lot's of race craft still to learn. :)

All you did was go backwards from the start. You make your own luck in racing, not hope for people to come back to you,. You were rolling round corners with revs dropping, you should have a constant speed while on the throttle ready to get immediate drive when you come out of the corners. You could see others ahead simply getting away from you in the corners and coming out of them. You were too far away from many of the curbs meaning you had to cover more surface to get round, you need too tighten up, and not be too keen to give up on diving inside on corner entry.
None of the above is meant in ridicule, just pointing out errors which if you adress them, your lap times will drop, and you will start to gain places.
    Good luck with your racing.

Thanks for the input, no offence taken.... . Background is... . only now in 3rd year of doing this after 3 track days in 2021, then straight into rookie season '22. Still have a lot to work on, more aggression at start/corner speed/on gas earlier/less 'rolling time'... :🙂👍 Cheers. ... . And I am an old b*stard..:)
