Everyone's just lazy. Marth requires precision and effort for the tipper and lucina is just swing sword and land hit. Her attack power doesn't even come close to a good clean tipper on any attack i can think of.

Marth's sword was shortened this game, the length needs to be back and that small extra length needs a tipper hit box. That would make Marth a viable pick.
