No you can't, this game is quite discriminatory and non-inclusive, i was looking forward to play as a disabled body positive woman in a wheel chair/scooter but its nowhere to be found, no trans soldiers or blue haired feminists either. I found this game to be extremely racist towards these minorities so i won't be buying it.
I had the opportunity to download the open beta for ps4 and I have to admit; the game feels, sounds and looks superb. Fluid movements, terrifying/realistic sound effects, beautiful graphics. Since it's just an open beta, I guess they'll be adding much more. Really excited about this game!
The developers should just follow the Call of Duty route and use subtitles. They probably can't keep doing games based during WW2, so they feel the need to switch things up. Instead of rewriting history, just create a subtitle that fits the theme of the game. For example, they could have called this game Battlefield: Altered Future or Battlefield: Gender Warfare. There would be no controversy as people would be aware they are playing with history and not trying to rewrite it.

Maybe he doesn't care about it due to hating it? The beta has already an upgrade system which implies that it might end up being pay to win or pay to progress.
Wake me up when EA decides to make Battlefield: Bad Company 3 or any game not set in any past WW era's. Between Activision & EA doing back to back games set in similar periods I'm already over it.

I only played 30 minutes of bad company 2 and its still the best battlefield i ever played
