I have a question.Why do we use there ing: I share my story with new generations,encouraging them to dream big and work hard.(12.16) Is that reduction of adverbial clause but which one while as by...I didnt understand.

there are a lot of words i don't know. The text is interesting but also quite difficult with numerous phrasal-verb !
i have to review this text in detail , to arrive at and memorize this new vocabulary and turns of phrases

Yo pregunto, en inglés no se emplea la coma, porque parece que en todos estos contenidos, prácticamente no se emplea la coma, y los que estamos aprendiendo, no sabemos cuándo hacer la pausa, se supone que estamos aprendiendo, en esta práctica nos quedamos sin oxígeno
