Both players should get an equal number of tries at the shot, not really fair when they go first and hit it first try and the other team loses just because they went second. Just my opinion though

I think it's kinda fair if u think about it in a bigger sense. This way both teams are getting exactly the same number of tries everytime.

It seems from the comments that people are confused. In the first round when your team scores, the other team moves up a rank, and the goal is to beat the other teams ssl. In the second round when your team scores you get a lower rank person on your team, and the goal is to get your silver to score. Your welcome.

Ceiling shot after flip reset is really weird, i knew how to ceiling when i was plat and only learnt flip reset in champ
Agree, ceiling shot is literally 90% setup, 10% staying close and just hitting the ball after with your flip. A flip reset requires way more practice and finesse.
How was that console gold player able to air dribble that decent?!
By practicing only mechanics yet complety ignoring rotationes and game sense

kinda unfair ngl, shoulda made it so once one team scores then the other team should also get one more try. So if they score it as well then they should just make a new shot, instead of moving to the next round
Eventually you’d run out of shots though and if they are too easy/hard then that’d also be unfair for whoever is the lower ranking player.
Having it be first to score makes more sense. Otherwise it’d just go on forever.

Because mechanics is what gets you to GC… Alot of people can get to GC without mechanics just shows how much time lower ranked people waste when trying to rank up.

the reason i hate this video because i dont think you got "freestylers" from each rank or atleast mechanicall players. the reason sunlesses video worked was because they were playing the intended game. for example i heard that the ssl wasnt mechanicall player so it would not be fair. i also saw the plat players very mechanicall for their rank, so this video is all over the place. looks like you didnt really put thought in it.

edit: try hard was quite impressive for his rank, but it seems like that's why they are still that rank though.
Jordans mechs show that you don't have to be mechanical to be high ranked so anybody that says that jordan shouldn't be ssl because he has mechs which pail in comparison to them even with them in say diamond, it's the reason you are diamond because you focus on mechs rather than team work and game sense.
Also quite interesting to see that console players in this vid had better mechs.

@@thisguyhiguy8339 I know i'm 6 months late, but what happened was CBell was a very small content creator at the time, I think he had less than 100k, and he did a video where he put his phone number in his rocket league name. Soon after that, musty did the same idea and got way more views, and didn't mention CBell at all.

The downgrade match of gold vs plat for the +70 shot I realized that the gold got 74kph mr napkin didn’t switch him for the silver (I DECLARE THAT CONSOLE WINS THAT ROUND!).
