Getting repeated Questions on Storage of this . So Here are few points
1.) Can be stored for 5-7 Days in an airtight container but bcz of No preservative added , storage condtion & other factors this shelf life can be reduced .
2.) Store in an airtight Container in Refrigerator
3.) Always use a clean Dry spoon to take out Launji / Chutney from Container & keep it back in fridge after taking the required amount .
4.)Do check out for obvious signs of Contamination always before consuming the Chutney .

@SoniaBartonrecipes I made this today. Of course raw mango season is almost over. I really had a tough time. The raw mango wouldn't cook to the "resha like " mushy consistency as suggested by Sonia. After more than 50 min of simmering on low gas - I finally had to put this in the pressure cooker - twice. It turned out quite tasty in the end but it took me almost 2 hours to make - mainly because raw mango wouldn't cook.

Thanks for this awesome recipe! Didn't have garam masala, so substituted with Anaardana(pomegranate seeds) and half a green chilli(finely chopped), tastes great
