Finishing up the Keep defenses by adding walls and full towers! Next episode, I will be focusing on routing water to the moats and trying to come up with a new house design for our people! What else should I build in future episodes?
I've seen other RUclipsrs playing this game and you are the best in building good castles and here are some things you could add to your castle: A wizard tower, a windmill, a throne room, a tavern, a little barn, a blacksmith, a little cabin (in the forest), a stable, a barack AND a market place!
TIP: You can just press 2, then right click and it will bring up the menu to summon more peeps. You don't have to go to your banner. :D Nice series enjoying it.
You have to give this city Constantinople level defenses. That city took years of continuous cannon bombardment, and took over 3 months to capture once the walls were breached.

That's a great idea, the guard towers. That would make it way more easy to get the zombies. I'd like that idea better than doing a hole because the zombies could get shot if you had a guard tower better than just having a hole.

Also I hear rumours that the townspeople are about to revolt and overthrow their king owing to a sweaty smelly cramped sleeping area, so to avoid regicide I suggest some long barracks along the inside of the wall. Additionally a couple of crafting huts would add some interest to the inner keep.
Please do not remove the leaf decorations in the front of the keep. Last vid, my autocorrect changed it to "Leave" instead of "Leaf", but I fixed that.
Bruh ur number one priority should be town houses then the moat, the houses will increase ur pop. And then make your keep nicer then do the moat then a gold coin/flax system and an outer wall after that.
SpyCakes yea man, I get the concept but I think your houses should be inside the inner wall that way if the zombies break the outside then they won't kill your peasants, they will have more protection if you catch my drift.
holly_ mac yea that's totally fine man I just wanted to give my opinion which puts safety over looks but either way I'm sure it will be fine. If the outside wall is well defended then he will be fine
If you close in all the peasants and build a small house white the banner and guards defending it, shouldn't the zombies just attack the banner? Btw love your videos

Have the houses in the castle so the zombies don't eat the colony and they will be protected by the archers

They don't spawn in dark areas, even if there are lights they will spawn about 75 blocks from your banner
