Sir, i recommend to use this one. Quality Engineering Using Robust Design, by Madhav Phadke, If you understand the concept then it will be easy to apply.
@@Vitarka Morphological characterization, statistical modeling and wear behavior of AA7075-Titanium Carbide-Graphite surface composites via Friction stir processing. Please have a look to this reference. I can see the interactions used in their study. Moreover he used He used Central composite Design (CCD), instead of that if you set an example with Taguchi DOE that would suffice our purpose. Hope to see your response. Thank you.
They have consider v2-f2-d2-ct2 as a mid (medium) level. if you consider in the DoE you can observe low, medium and High levels. So they consider medium level.
Sir u touch the heart. Crystal clear explanation with example. Will share the link to our group of students. Thank you
It's my pleasure
Excellent and simple way of explanation. Thank you.
Hello sir, can you suggest a book which can be read online? I am working on brake disc optimization using taguchi method.
Sir, i recommend to use this one.

For larger the better S/N ratio also will we consider the value closest to zero if all S/N ratio are negative? Please clarify this doubt.
Even if there are negative also consider close to zero.
Very nice explanation with examples. Thank you very much
Welcome sir.
Do we get the video on interactions? AB..BC..How to do that and predict the interactions?
I hope for interactions predictions are not that accurate. Need to see any reference article on that one sir.
@@Vitarka I appreciate if you would do that? Desperately our research group indeed in need.

Respected Sir, please tell me how Rsquare percentage of 84.72% and 93.62% are calculated
Madam, use the formula 1 - ss(residual)/ss(total).
if not you can mail me i will send a screeshot

Hi Sir, Can the order of the ranking factors differ from that of the contribution? I am not getting the same order in both tables
Yes, correct. That orders depends on how exact your data was fitted.
Hi sir..how to calculate sum of square please elaborate..I'm unable get that
Square all the necessary data and then summation of the square data.
in the article, table 6 and table 7, why do they choose v2-f2-d2-ct2 as the initial process parameter? where is this one coming from?
They have consider v2-f2-d2-ct2 as a mid (medium) level. if you consider in the DoE you can observe low, medium and High levels. So they consider medium level.
@@Vitarka tq for your reply sir.
sir table 6 is not understand correctly like s/n ratio for initial process parameter please help me.
Sir, what exactly you need to in table 6, mention me
18:35 how we get value of first table second column and second row please reply
That is based on the Design of Experiments strategy here I used L9 orthogonal array
sir in table 6 how can calculate percentage reduction
it is better you can mention the timeline of the video so that i can get the table
