i had a revelation while listening to this. it all seems so logical but it's so hard to really admit to yourself that your view isn't always ”right” and that you aren't perfect (which is obvious but it's so crazy to actually process) . hearing this and me nodding to everything u had to say made it easier for me to acknowledge and finally, try to improve my own self trust and respect for myself in the future. :) you seem like a genuine and sweet person

Even tho it’s a pain in the ass sometimes, I guess in some way it does make us the person we are today indeed
