i really like Your personality and the way you're talking and how you edit your videos and I loved the video thank you so much for the advice💗💗💗💗🫶 and there's just one thing I don't really agree on which is balance because I don't think that you should be given yourself something that you know is bad for you as a reward or just not stress yourself so much because what we are actually doing is harming ourselves from time to time and why would anyone harm themselves Constantly and be happy about it ?i know no one can be perfect but I think we should keep in mind that it should be the goal you get me ?
thank you much, I'm so happy to read this ☺ I think I know what you mean, but I'm not talking about doing harmful things - eating junk food in moderation now and then isnt really harmful, our body can handle that;) and if you don't struggle at all with avoiding all "unhealthy" habits all the time, go for it 🙌 but as most people would find that both very challenging and not fun, I'm a fan of making exceptions:)
