Pally, you forgot the most important talent about Alarak. He is voiced by actor John de Lancie. De Lancie played Q in Star Trek and Jane's flight controller father in Breaking Bad.
He's also Discord, some sort of chaos dragon (very reminiscent of Q's character) in the My Little Pony tv show, which Blizzard has paid homage to through the name of Alarak's q (and possibly a talent name, but I can't remember).
As a Murky main, I love when an Alarak takes Rite of Rakshire, assuming he's gonna stack off you, and he just wastes cooldowns because by then, Murky is slippery.

I'm a level 700 alarak otp, and I've actually experienced a weird bug with him. I was using deadly charge, got Mei wall'd mid air, when the wall wore off i literally got stuck inside outside the map. It was the funniest thing ever, i had to die and lose all my stacks to get out. Yeah.
Fun fact : Alarak is voiced by John De Lancie, who also voiced Discord in the TV show : My Little Pony : Friendship is Magic. So certain of his voice line and talent named are inspired by that last character ;)

I’ve barely ever used E build even when it was popular. I’m glad Q build is finally becoming popular, it’s always been so satisfying to do just 1000 damage to someone and silence them so fast you can just see the panic set into their movements

Could you help me with alarak deadly charge. I don't know what setting i have used but when I am trading auto attack and use deadly charge very close to enemy i cancel deadly charge and continue trading auto attack. Please help me.
I know it's not the main feature of the video, but whenever i see Pallys' webcam at the beginning or any part of the video, i just can't help but admire that beautiful long hair he has and i hope he never cuts it short cause it looks absolutely amazing.~ Also, keep up all the great entertaining work u do Pally!~
I think how attack-move works is that when you click somewhere, the game registers the click on the enemy that the attack move would have sent your character to. So when you attack-move and click somewhere you are actually clicking on an enemy and therefore sending your character to that enemy.
Hey Pally, when I was learning Alarak (and I was still really rusty lol), I played a game against you. You were Gazlowe and we got into a lil 1v1 at one point and I missed all of my abilities and I was so embarrassed lol

Alarak has always been my favorite mage along with Zeratul and seeing you pick the AA safety build was satisfying. My highest sadism count was 223 thanks to a Murky and TLV in the same game.

I've basically been playing Alarak of The Storm for the last 2 years or so. I don't play ranked. I'm that asshole that spams their main in QM all day. Best hero in the game.
*Mmmm...* Acceptable. People take Quick Match too seriously for what it is (Chaos), so play whoever you like as much as you like. When people are stubborn and inflexible in Ranked, where tensions are high and team composition is a lot more important, those are who could be considered the "assholes". You're fine.
@@StoicForce People definitely take QM too seriously. I was referring to the fact a lot of people use QM to learn a new hero or to practice one they aren't very good with. So they're already at a disadvantage and then they run into the 300+ Alarak that spams him all day and that's what makes me the asshole.
@@lifeforms7423 Hey, good to know I'm not the only person that does this. Lol. I play ranked occasionally, but I mostly QM Alarak. And it's possible that his voice lines are part of the love I have for him.
I myself tried making alarak work in QM for a long time, but in my opinion he just does not work most of the time. He worked here, because this melee build is a tank/bruiser killer and the enemy had 3 of those without any assasins. But in QM, you often get 4 assasins, so this melee build does not work. His momentum build should be the ideal for that, but you almost always die vs so many assasins, which just puts you out of the game.
@@oguzcanoguz5977 Yeah, if the enemy team has heavy frontline, the Q build is the way to go. It really pops off at 16 when you have 190+ Sadism. If the enemy team is full of squishy assassins, it's W build for sure. I have a 60%+ win rate with Alarak in QM though, so you can definitely carry games with him. It's just really hard to do if you team doesn't have any wave clear or mercs, because you aren't helping either of those things. You just gotta build your sadism for the late game and then know which hero on the enemy team to pick off. You land one combo and you win the team fight for your team and hopefully end the game. Deadly Charge at 20 allows Alarak to one shot almost every hero in the game in one combo if you have the Sadism for it late game. Also - Pure Malice at 13 is a requirement as far as I am concerned for QM. Your team mates are guaranteed to feed you sadism and it's a quick way to get back into killing range if you die and reset your sadism late. I sometimes won't even take Rak'shir in games we're stomping because I know Pure Malice is such a bailout if shit gets ugly.
Alarak is a character that can ambush and destroy an entire enemy team. Also can get solo'd by murky, haha. Great character, one of my all time favorites!
So Pally your takedown stack up to 30 that’s it blades of the high lord and pure malice also caps at 40 and show of force is 20 rite of rekshire is an infinite number you can go forever for getting stack so your build will cap at 190 also the other 16 talent that gives you a massive aa damage bonus is super helpful

His entire team jumped in as Alarak used Counterstrike to survive. They ended up killing the entire team, while Alarak walked away with 2 hp. THAT was the best play i ever saw

Alarak is my first main got me through a lot of games, I quite for lol in the end, but Im gonna come back (inspired by the return of this series) my first and only lvl 15. I always go discord strike quest, getting that triple hit is so rewarding
fun story. played Alarak when he was first released and just thought "he's kinda Meh, kerrigan does it better"...then, a week later hopped in with friends in Team League and simply destroyed. He became a nish main since AND like you said, the rework back in the day, made him even better. Sadly, my friends gave up on the game one by one..until i did as well. R.I.P. my Alarak. we havent found our best healer match~
