Ingredients:
For Gole:
1/2 cup besan/chickpea flour
7-8 garlic cloves
1/2 inch ginger
curry leaves
1 green chilli
salt as per taste
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
pinch of hing
2 spoon curd
3 spoon oil
For Rice:
1/2 cup basmati rice
1 + 1/4 cup water
pinch of turmeric
pinch of hing
1 tsp oil
1/2 lemon juice
salt as per taste
For Kadhi
1 cup curd
water as required
2 spoon besan
1 tbsn oil
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
few fenugreek seeds
pinch of turmeric
pinch of hing
green chilli
chopped garlic and ginger
coriander leaves

कढी चा फोडणी त दगडफूल घातल तर छान लागती..हे पहिल्यांदा ऐकल.नवा प्रयोग केला . छान वाटल. जरूर घालून पाहू.
आपण नाश्ता करता जे पोहे करतो त्यात हिंग,जरा सा दगड फूल,तमालपत्र चे लहान मोठे तुकडे करून घालतात.(पण गरम मसाला नाहीं) ह्यांचा मंद वेगळा च सुवास सुद्धा छान लागतो.आम्ही एका हाॅटेल वर अशाच फोडणी चे पोहे खाल्ले होते.तेव्हा पासून घरी पण कधी कधी घालतो.
