This (deleted) scene would confirm that Vader ordered the death of Luke's uncles.
Please remember that there was 48 minutes deleted from empire strike back. Stop showing me scenes that should have been in this movie
So true, however I'm tired of the above supposed discoveries of deleted scenes. Especially when they cut 48 minutes from empire strike back. Because 1 they thought nobody would sit through a 3 hour and 10 minutes movie. 2) there would be too much drama taking away from the action
True, remember 48 minutes was cut from the original version of empire strike back.
Can you blame him after they made that Little Orphan Annie joke?
There's already a book that confirms that
Thank you for uploading this.
Star Wars Analyst is such a gatekeeper when it comes to Star Wars footage. He's actually making money off the footage which is illegal and it's so greedy and selfish that he never links footage separately for fans to watch. We wanna watch the footage without him talking.
Thanks for the insight, I thought it would be good to provide the video clip separately
I can't stand him. We don't need to see your face "anallicks"
Not really George Lucas actually still has all of the original versions of the trilogy's
Well I’m the one that put in the special effects so… yeah
@@StarWarsAnalyst Or maybe some of us just want to see the footage without an attached 8:00 video with your voice plastered over it?
Makes me wish they kept that. It adds to the intensity of the scene. Just my thoughts though. 🤷🏿♂️
Idk the fight works fine without it
@@sdsd-dc3kd I agree, don't get me wrong. Just saying.
still the best fight of the OT surprisingly despite it being largely one sided
Many people stay that this scene confirms that Vader had personally ordered to kill Luke's aunt and uncle. But I think that it might be one of Lucas's tricks to mislead fans and everyone who worked on this movie that Vader is Luke's father. It is well known that initially Vader says Luke that Obi-Wan had killed his parents. The text was changed by Lucas at the dubbing stage, and only Earl Jones and maybe a couple of other people knew about it.
“I destroyed your family.” Is that Anakin talking to Darth Vader?
Huh I was told David knew he would be dubbed over in post and just said random stuff
The cast were kept in the dark about Darth Vader being Luke's father, and James Earle Jones only recorded the voice later
When it comes to the changes from E.U. to Canon , in relation to Anakin’s life , maybe it’s Vader talking to the part of the real him that’s still in there and trying to break back out ?
@@thesmilingman7576they shot a lot of the scenes with "fake" scripts to prevent the gigantic reveal
I was just reminded that if you take the EU into context, remember that Darth Vader personally ordered the deaths of Uncle Owen and Aunt Beru when the Empire tracked the droids’ purchase on Tatooine.
Was this really filmed during production until they decided to cut it out of the movie?
Yep, unfortunately they cut it out
Ya because you can tell that they didn’t insert Earls voice into this cut
@@turtleman1878 Well, it’s cool. It still turned out to be exciting in the Final Cut.
yeah but still my favorite duel of the OT
Would it be possible to get a transcript, or a full set of subtitles? It's almost impossible to make out a good chunk of that dialogue over the loud sound effects.
I just added the subtitles for the whole dialogue
From which Behind the Scenes video of TESB is this footage?
I think at the begining he is saying You fight well now release your anger.
Technically Vader really did this, he killed his father, Anakin Skywalker, he killed Padmé Amydala out of grief, and there is a story (which is not confirmed canon) in which Darth Vader watches the death of his uncle
Luke forever the GOAT
