Hey I was listening to you one evening a while back and you and your wife talked about her going through Whipple Surgery. Man I went through that about 6yrs ago. The most complicated surgery you can have. Mine was cancer but I was blessed not having the bad (angel carcinoma). I had a different type. I had my surgery at Ochsner in NO. Still kickin bro. Like your videos home boy. I could probably give you a run for your money!! Lol almost all NO boys know how to cook.

@@AudibleVisibIe facts. Take them mfs out 30 mins to an hr before cooking. Pepper and some 🧂 to break down the enzymes in the meat. Get that skillet / cast iron nice and hot , slap that mf down , take a couple slices of butter and throw it in skillet along with about 2 cloves of garlic and some thyme /rosemary, baste the steak in the melted butter and throw that roasted garlic clove on top. Take the steak out, let it sit fo a few, slice and enjoy. 9 months later, your new son or daughter is here cause you're Definitely getting some after following those instructions
Sounds great.. I’ve cooked mine marinated many times and it’s incredibly flavourful and delicious..it’s always good to know there’s people out there not afraid of trying new things especially when it tastes so good😁

RALPH: I like mine at about 135°! Pulls it off at 117° & 120°, slices it & shows us some raw as hell steaks. Call me crazy but I wouldn't call that perfect.
I like my steak cook hot as fuck for about 2.5 min on each side until med rare. My wife tries her best but she is afraid she is going to burn a 30$ piece of meat by having the pan to hot so she cooks them slower but still med rare. She just doesn't get that crust on the outside and the fat sizzling.
