@@CharismaticDemon_ I just would warn that the novels flesh out the protagonist's personality more, so if you end up not liking him much this could be a reason, but it don't ruin him or the story in the anime in any way, the first season of Index is one of the best anime of the early 2000s imo

A new map? 2 new characters maybe? Maybe ACTUALLY add another free character after all might finally for the first time in a year how have they never added another free character yet? I think a new map is most likely since they spent 3 seasons before adding a map last time too, the rest is just copium.
