In this video violinist pinchas zuckerman was quoted as saying an artist like Midori Goto comes along once every 50 years. If you watch the 1990 worlds figure skating championship long program of Midori Ito, Scott Hamilton says near the end of her skate it will be 50 years till we see anything like Midori Ito again.
Notice Closely that MIDORI plays the music that MIDORI will ice skate too. Hey wouldn't that be something if Midori selected a piece that Midori plays to use in her Olympic Try Outs.
