    Pastor Paul as a new Christian I find it difficult to study major prophets. It seems like they repeat themselves. They have tought me true fear of the Lord. their love and obedience of the Lord is amazing.

    Thank you Pastor Paul and Sue. My boyfriend and I have been dating 5 years. We talk to each other daily. And i do ask him how his day has been. Oh my goodness. You are so right Paul! We talk like we are married already! I don't have close friendships, even with other Christians. I'm neurodivergent (adhd, likely autism) . He is my best friend. I cant imagine life without his support. I fear isolation😢

    Thank you so much for what you said about relationships before marriage. I had never considered that before. As a young woman, that made a lot of sense. Society has normalized a type of relationship that is contrary to God’s original intent and I would like to hear more about how relationships should be. I think that would be very useful for young Christians. Thanks.

    Thank you, Pastor Paul for your teachings! QUESTION: Could you explain more about what a "seared conscience" is and what it entails? Also, how can you know for sure, if you are being convicted by the Holy Spirit or if you are unknowingly grieving him?

    Thank you pastor for the answer to my question, I was supposing this encounter between Satan and God took place in heaven, people say Satan is on the earth going to and fro, seeking who he can devour, meaning I suppose that he does not have the ability to go back to God, Heaven, I'm still unclear, I thought you would say , yes he goes to heaven to speak with God, to the throne room!!! God bless you friend 🌞

    Also, I have a question:
    When I was a child, my mom taught me (she was always the Sunday school teacher so my foundation came from her) that separately from the gift of tongues and interpretation, each believer has 'their own special prayer language' that only God understands. So, in church I began to notice that people would speak in 'tongues', but it never sounded like another language, and then inevitably, someone would 'interpret it'. if that is actually their 'prayer language from, and for, God', how are other people able to interpret something allegedly only God can understand? I have not been baptized in the spirit, although I know He dwells within me. Does this scenario fall under the Spirit coming over one for empowerment?
    Also, follow up: If we have not been baptized in the Spirit, do we still have authority in Jesus' name?

    Thank you for all you do love listening to you over the past six months. I have a question about core donating parts of your love ones to help others see for donating organs when my father died, I donated what they could use in. There was one or two things they said they could use and they sent me a core plaque and a cross with Jesus on it I was raised Catholic and I am now a Christian I repented for using the rosary and all the other things that go with Catholicism, I got rid of the cross because our Lord Yeshua is seated at the right hand of the father. Is that CORE a legitimate industry industry?

    ❓QUESTION: Will the sound of the trumpet at the rapture be heard by only believers or will unbelievers also hear it? I'm assuming it won't be very long since it will happen in the twinkling of an eye. Will unbelievers actually witness Jesus in the clouds and our ascension to Him or will we just simply disappear, leaving those left behind to wonder where we are❓

    I get angry when i hear pastors or people at churches speak in tongue in public. If they want to speak in tongue , speak privately with God, not in front of people who get upset because they do not understand. I think that it is rude to confuse people with that language from heaven.
    Paul even said that we should speak language that people can understand.
    Pastor Paul is correct.

    • @gohawks3571
      @gohawks3571 Год назад +1

      I do agree that this speaking in tongues has gotten ridiculously out of hand. So frustrated that when I got saved and started going to church again, they pretty much forced me to speak in tongues... I do not have that gift☹️😑 That was really annoying. And I believe it was Paul (apostle) who said you should have an interpreter if one speaks in tongues in church. I don't know if that also goes for praying, though? If spontaneously the Holy Spirit starts praying thru you, I don't think that necessarily has to be translated, since that's for God. But certainly not a gift meant to throw around! So much with the forcing tongues! I always wonder what I was forced to say...

      Interesting that one of the questions was about being a follower. When you get saved you don't stop having a part to play, Paul spends a lot of time in his letters telling us Christians how to become better Christians. Have you found a church, do you attend, do you go to Bible study, do you read your Bible and study it sincerely? Have you cleared your life of bad influences? Bad habits and consequences from past sins do not just disappear. We are supposed to persevere, mature, change. We do it with the the help of the Holy Spirit, but Paul shows us that it's a process. If you are constantly messing up and "trying" to repent, you are either not actually saved, or not doing what is taught to mature. OR if you have been taught from a legalistic position, that any sin or error can cause you to lose your salvation or that it indicates you aren't saved, then you need to study GRACE! Satan will use bad theology to take all your assurance and make you miserable and undermine your walk. God bless from Virginia. 🙏

      Definitely repent! Don't neglect to repent. The fact that you care means you haven't been given over💝 Please know God loves you and hasn't thrown you away!
      I have had to unlearn and relearn so much. God has been showing me what it means to live by faith. I ask Him to help me have the strength to not sin, and He gives it to me! By distraction, or numbing the desire, or whatever way He gives me in the moment. None of use is perfectly sinless, please know that. Sin doesn't magically disappear. We are to kill the flesh daily. With God helping us, we can overcome! And it wouldn't be overcoming if it wasn't hard. Thru Christ you can do it! Don't fret; just give it to God. Pray constantly for help, every day. You will get stronger and stronger against your sins, with God's help💝😇

    How can the word repent mean so many different things? Is the Greek word Repent Change Mind? Luke :, When Jesus said to the pharisees repent or you will likewise perish. Was Jesus saying change your mind. From unbelief to believe, or was he saying confess your sins to be saved?

    I DON'T KNOW WHERE THIS IS FOUND IN THE BIBLE BUT I HEARD MY FORMER PASTOR PREACH THAT "YOU SHOULD NOT GO TO GOD'S HOUSE EMPTY HANDED". THIS HE REFERRED TO AN OFFERING AND ESPECIALLY FINANCIAL. THIS MADE ME UNCOMFORTABLE TO GO TO CHURCH WHEN I HAVE NOTHING FINANCIAL TO OFFER. PLEASE CLARIFY...

  • @LarissaDawn
    @LarissaDawn Год назад

    It only makes sense for a pre-trib rapture, even just from a logical point: if Jesus' death was to absorb the out-pouring of God's wrath on us (born again believers) it wouldn't make any logical sense for those same born again believers to experience a _SECOND_ of God's wrath. Jesus bore that punishment for us and to say we still have to suffer is the equivalent of saying Jesus's finished work on the cross is actually incomplete and that His sacrifice wasn't enough. The same logic can be applied to the Catholic belief of purgatory. To be absent from the body is to be (immediately) present with the LORD. Not present with Him after we suffer a little. Jesus bore it ALL for us. Not some, or 95% of it.

    I COME FROM A HOUSEHOLD WHERE MATTERS THE BIBLE WERE NEVER HEARD OF (AGNOSTIC/ATHEIST LIKE). ALL 6 OF US (APART FROM MUM WHO'S DEAD) ARE BORN AGAIN NOW INCLUDING MY FATHER WHO JOINED THE JEHOVAH'S WITNESSES NOT LONG AGO. I AM GLAD BECAUSE AT LEAST WE CAN NOW SIT AND ARGUE THE BIBLE AS A FAMILY AS WE LEARN, BUT I DON'T LIKE HIM TRYING TO INSTILL THE IDEAS OF HIS OF RELIGION THAT MUCH. THE OTHER DAY I MENTIONED APOSTLE PAUL AND HIS RESPONSE WAS THAT THE APOSTLE HAS MISLED PEOPLE WITH SOME OF HIS BIBLE WRITINGS. HOW DO YOU THINK HE CAME ABOUT THIS IDEA?
    MY BROTHER AND I MOSTLY TRY TO TELL HIM THAT HE SHOULD JUST PREACH JESUS AND HIS WORK ON THE CROSS RATHER THAN TRY TO POINT PEOPLE TO HIS RELIGION. IM AFRAID HE'S TOO DEEP IN JEHOVAH'S WITNESSES BUT I PRAY TO GOD HE CAN TURN AROUND. IS THERE ANYWAY I CAN APPROACH HIM BETTER?
    MATTHEW FROM KENYA...
