Those living in the upper floor simply treat the toilet bowl as rubbish chute!
Needs a Toilet flange and a wax ring along with bolts so it would be secured and prevent from leaking
With so much garbage being flushed, it's no wonder why that poor drain was clogged! There's a reason why people say unless it comes out of your body, or it's toilet paper, don't flush it down.
People don't like to keep the rules. I love people like that.

We call it a flex shaft. Search for "RIDGID FLEX SHAFT" on Google. It works the same way. The disadvantage is that the cable breaks easily.

in a multi level apartment block NEVER live in the lowest one. They always suffer from the people above, who continue to use the plumbing as they cant see it affecting them space.
Rapid economic growth, huge apartment houses, and the lack of professionalism among construction engineers have been harmonized. There are many people living on the lowest floor and living in pain.
