Take a look at the two previous parts of this video linked in the description. I didn’t use plugins in either of those. There are also a lot of effects from plugins that can be recreated using standard premiere pro and after effects effects. Might make a video covering the most popular ones soon

Potentially, but I would recommend precomping / nesting your final edit sequence and adding rsmb to that
