@salvathan Died This Way, Sick Bubblegum, Ruffneck Bass (FULL Flex), Cinema, Turmoil, With Your Friends, Reptile's Theme, all by Skrillex they all sound different. If you honestly don't like any of those couple of songs by him then you shouldn't listen to dubstep.

@DaugN flux has more aggressive stuff, but he also has more drumstep. and when did he say the torrent bit? a while ago, when he wasnt as out there. rap changed in the early 2000's and ended up on a multitude of radios, witch makes it mainstream sure alot of people knew about it but it wasnt on radios. and now it is, dubstep is becoming like that. all the freshman girls in my highschool have 2 obsessions. skrillex and justin bieber. so i would say that hes really not helping at all.
@DaugN skrillex did sell out.listen to him, he barely is even good when you try to compare, he provided a layout track to britney spears earlier this year, he will be the sole reason dubstep goes mainstream and turns to shit like rap did in the early 2000's. he has nothing on flux pavilion, doctor p, gemini, or anyone like that. the only reason he got famous is because he dabbled in techno witch got him a mainstream fanbase

@DaanGFX I like skrillex's music more than i like doctor p and flux. Just because i like the more aggresive type dubstep. And rap became mainstream before the early 2000's. And skrillex says that he doesn't care if his fans torrent the music or pay for it. (BTW the ep's are not that expensive anyways) He just want's people to enjoy his work. And if you ask me, that's not selling out.
@OtraCitiesMusic I know. But honestly i am kind of a hater on famous music too. But when i hate on something, i do it because it really sucks. Like all the mainstream hip hop, it's just a load of bullcrap. But if skrillex becomes really famous and don't change his style of music- then it wouldn't have botherd me at all. But of course if he do become mainstream and start making shitty music because of the money( Wich is never going to happen)i would give him crap for it just like the others.
Why are people starting to hate on skrillex ? Skrillex is the artist who LEAST deserve hate. He is all about the music, he doesn't sell out because he don't care about the money. If you don't like his music that is fine, but really, he makes awesome music and are great in a lot of different genres. So hating on him and giving him crap is just retarded. Every '' Skrillex sucks'' comments are nothing but trolling.
I'm not into dubstep, for the most part I really don't like it. However, some lesser known people seem to be really good.
Better than any of Skrillex's songs imo, of course Skrillex has many great songs, and that's why he is so popular. OZ - More songs like this, you'll be well known in no time. It may not be hard to remix a song (infiniminer theme song in this case) but I've heard some of your other music, and some is pretty god damn awesome. Keep it up :P
This is dubstep we all kno it is cuz of the rhythm but dubstep=dirty(the good kind) this one sounded pure like it was very clean. Though the opposite of dubstep is trance cuz trance at most is very pure and uplifting it had some trance traits to it. So this is the first pure dubstep I have ever listened to.

I turned my sub all the way up and I can barely hear it let alone feel it. Either my sub bust the second I clicked on this song or the bass is non-existent. Wtf is this? The beat is fine, the melodies are perfect. It just needs a hell of a lot more bass.
@legomaples dubstep didn't start as dirty music, it was generally clean. Only the newer people who just recently started listening to dub know it as the filth fest that it has turned into now.

re-using chord pregressions or just having the same as another song is nothing new... almost every pop song does it. if it sounds good why not use it again and make another sick song?
