First of all, thank you from the bottom of my heart for watching my videos, streaming my music, and supporting my art.
Chasing Foxes is a very personal and intimate album as it is about my journey with social anxiety and insomnia. I have worked extremely hard on this album and was blessed to work with so many talented individuals in the process. So, here is a little description about this EP FILM:
In the first scene, which was filmed in my bedroom, we see the struggles of an insomniac who is battling anxiety and is unable to sleep without taking sleeping pills. As the pills take effect, a dream sequence begins, representing the subconscious mind. The dining scene represents the multiple voices in our heads, symbolizing the many versions of our thoughts coming together and drowning in endless conceptions.
The head in the jar emits a siren call, initiating chaos, which resembles a nightmare. The flower petals represent a sense of hope and beauty amidst the chaos, leading to the fox's pursuit, symbolizing a longing for change.
The final scene showcases two different outcomes: first, where one picks oneself up and prepares to face the world, and the latter, where one cannot find the strength to do so and give up.
Mental health issues are a serious matter that affects many people in our daily lives. If you or anyone you know is going through such issues, it's important to offer your support and encourage them to seek professional help. Even if you can't do much, simply checking up on them can make a big difference. Let's spread love and positivity by being there for each other during difficult times.
