So inspiring. 2nd year growing veg in Wisconsin. Already planning to expand next year. I planted two grape vines this year on a cattle panel trellis. After seeing yours I am hopeful. I just planted parsnip seeds in a straw bale. Any advice?
🤓 you have a really nice garden, my grandfather told me to give 1 year old purchased fruit trees and seed raised varieties 4 - 6 years of undisturbed growth to allow the tree to learn what comes naturally, any fruit produced should be left on the tree until the tree has found it’s feet and is comfortable within it’s environment and knows the weather patterns for your yard’s climate and wind paths 🤭 they are a pet that produces food for you, try not to abuse the plants natural tendency’s with your demands. 🙏 every fruit tree I am growing is into it’s 5th year and now producing full grown fruit in small crops for which I am pleased to acknowledge that without grandad’s advice I would have taught the tree that it’s fruit is more important than my tree’s holistic health and received bitter fruit for my selfish needs. 🤓
