Building a healthy routine: Simple self care habits for a happier and productive life

With uni life I've recently been feeling like I haven't been taking care of myself enough so today's video is gonna be focused on me trying to find healthier habits that allow me to feel happier and have more productive days
It's a process for everyone and I really don't want this to be another 'becoming that girl' video but rather show a more realistic perspective on what healthy self care should look like so I hope u guys enjoy xx
