I used to work in hand but since my fabric count went up I find using hoop helps me keep my stitches neater. I have seen people make tutorials stitching in hand on you tube. Hope you find your stitchy comfy, it makes a lot of difference between enjoying your hobby when you have the right tools and technique 😁 Hapoy New Year my friend! 🥰🎊

Yes, I agree, mill hill regular beads are just too big for them to fit neatly. Most people do substitute them. I have heard a lot of good things about delica beads and I think I am going to try them 😁

I don’t use specific brand but I make sure it is size 24 needle and I don’t use the same needle for other stitches because kreinik has metallic and needle looses its sharpness. So I separate my needles so my stitches look clean 😁

On your L&L Christmas I use Bohin 28 needles and Drlica beads they are not large and they don't crowd.
