Looks great, as someone in product too I enjoyed your process. The only tool I was thinking might have been on a higher level for your intended application, instead of the ‘tear down/rebuild’ would be the small/easy park tool torque wrench. As you were building the bike, I’m assuming you only used it a couple times at the end? But in a race scenario if you’re adjusting stuff with your Allens or torx, I’d personally want to be using this to make sure everything is correctly torqued each time I have used those tools. Would also recommend swapping out your foam, that looks like soft stuff designed to just protect cameras. You can get some with a good deal more rigidity which should really help you with lifting them in and out! Really cool though, I’m waiting for my box to arrive and have a similar thing planned for it :) Ride safe 🤘🏽

Looking great Bailey! Its totally worth getting thin plastic or metal sheets to go under each layer, making the foam much stiffer so it won't tear!
