Jinjer doesn't have a bad song. How rare is that? For live videos: "Who is Gonna be the One," and "Words of Wisdom" from Atlas Weekend fest are amazing. "Captain Clock" at Resurrection Fest is great-and the entire live set is on RUclips, uncut. For official videos, "Cloud Factory" is from same album as Outlander. Great song. Also "Ape," "Perennial," or "Teacher, Teacher," all from 2019 EP. All great. They have new album and US tour coming this fall. Got my tickets. Will be epic.

OR...you have a unique opportunity as a new Jinjer fan. There are lots of Jinjer reactors. But no one started with their first videos and took them in sequence, from old to new. Jinjer's sound has evolved since the days of "Inhale, Don't Breathe" album. You could react and comment on that evolution. That would be a refreshing POV, and offer an insightful take on Jinjer (and other band) reactions.

They have immense talent and lyrics are deep as fuck.

Some people have said "Jinjer army" but Jinjer has a song called "Who Is Gonna Be The One" that is quite popular and there isn't even a commonly used acronym for it that I've seen...I don't know if that means anything to anyone but me though haha. I guess what I'm saying is there are passionate fans but there doesn't seem to be a cohesive sense of identity as a fandom.

For those JINJER - Pisces (Live Session). And the last JINJER - Teacher, Teacher! (Official Video). I deliberately offer you not everything, knowing that you are not a fan of heavy rock. After that, you can "eat the rest of the product".
I have no issues with the harder rock but I don't like it when it's extremely fast and you can't make out the vocals. Some Death metal is TOO much for me.
Oh mate, you have no idea what you've got yourself into. Jinjer is one of those bands (if not the only band) that just exploded over the past two years. The crazy thing is that they're getting better and better. If you compare this song with one from their last album Micro, you will realize what I'm talking about. And it's not just Tati, but the whole band. Plus Tati's voice somehow got deeper - and she got even more sexier and badass.
That's EXTREMELY rare my friend!! I can think of 19 out of 20 bands where shit went down hill after their first release. I'm so freaking PUMPED to do another reaction to these cats!! And if you sexualize her in front of us, you would be told to show some respect. You can say that stuff about your auto tuned pop tarts all day long. Not only can she sing and Roar, she writes some pretty amazing lyrics that get very deep and her use of the English language stumps many. She is one of a kind. They have a youtube channel with a bunch of older stuff before getting signed to Napalm Records also at "Jinjer Metal Band". and BTW none of us mind when someone does a Jinjer Binge. @@DannymikReacts hell yeah brother....im excited that they are coming to Rochester in the fall....def gotta go....not only is this band insane, but their journey from when Tatiana joined the band in 2012 has just been a roller coast of sorts for them but they kept pushing and driving harder. I would highly suggest doing some history research on the band and it will give you a whole new appreciation for them and give you a glimpse of where her lyrics come from....growing up in occupied Ukraine and such. Also a little bit of a tip....you can tell how old or new a song is by the progression of her tattoos and which band members are in the video haha. Keep them coming you are just gonna get drawn in even more. if you wanna do a longer reaction you should do the full live set from Resurrection Fest 2018.

Loved the reaction, same as me when I first got turned on. The new stuff is tremendous too. Go down the rabbit hole and enjoy the ride. In my opinion you understand how to do the reaction videos also u r making them highly enjoyable and funny. Architects is a British metalcore band from my hometown Brighton. They've been around in the metal scene since the 2000s. Their 7th or 8th album just came out. They lost their guitarist to cancer 2 years ago who was the main composer and songrwiter also the twin brother of their drummer. So the last album is the first one without him and the songs mostly about how to handle grief and lost. I suggest the song called Hereafter or Doomsday whichever u prefer. Keep it up 👌

KONTRUST. that band is from poland and they are just hilarious. they made catchy, very catchy songs. is's a kind of "a lot of style" crossover. i have those songs in my head trapped since april. not sure if ou have to make a review ( it could be very funny) but you have to listend to KONTRUST for sure. i listend to the video BOMBA without sound first (suggestion) and with the sond loud after. Jinjer-stan has grown too big, too fast for us not to understand what the first listen can be like. I'm new to your channel, but Jinjer reactions are my litmus test and YOU killed it. Great editing and commentary. As far as Tati is concerned, I'm not sure any mortal man need apply because she is damn-near lethal in her awesomeness! There is not a bad song in their catalog, but you may appreciate "Pisces," "I Speak Astronomy," or "Perennial" for a taste of the band's range. "Outlander" is one of their most straight-forward offerings. Every Jinjer song is a trip, every time.

Loved this reaction. Tatiana has two superpowers. First and most obvious, the voice - so many to choose from! Second, the ability to look like a totally different person in every video. In "Perennial" she has two distinct looks which match the lyrics. She's amazing and usually does her own makeup. You can pick a Jinjer track from any album or EP at random and come up with a winner. The other commenters are steering you well - there are some stand-out tracks. "Teacher, teacher" - great video stitched together from a handful of live performances, great song, lots of vocal gymnastics, brutal bass and drumming, excited crowds. "Perennial" - just watch it. Superb. I want this played at my funeral. "I speak astronomy" - "MTV" style video, fun look, nice vocals and driving riffs. "Captain clock" (live at resurrection fest) - stage presence, solid track, amazing drums, involved audience. "Pisces" (live session) - Actually not entirely live, some light mixing and post production. The lyrics are heartbreaking. The structure is a blatant excuse for Tatiana to lure you in with sweet vocals and then unleash the full fury of her growl with maximum contrast. Jazzy, djenty and angry. "Cloud factory" is excellent. Environmental. "Ape" has a very effective video and a strong environmental vibe. Also heavy, heavy, heavy. "Sit, stay, roll over" - lots of growling. Very good. "When two empires collide" - another sad/angry song about the Russian-funded war in eastern Ukraine, where they originated. "Words of Wisdom" official video version - listen out for the short growl as Tatiana walks over to the rest of the band before the vocals start. Tickles me every time.

I want to say that thanks for checking out my reaction. I may have paused it more that you'd like but I really couldn't help it. I've never heard the band before so this song caught me off guard. Teacher Teacher is in my future plans 👏
There are a lot of people just discovering them and being shocked that they've been around and hardly anyone knew about them (I've only known about them for 7 months). Even now their North American tour is all tiny venues with cheap tickets. I've paid more to see bands I was just watching to hang out with friends haha. As to copyright, I've heard different things about Napalm's copyright claims on Jinjer videos. Resurrection Fest has said (in a comment on someone's reaction to their 40 minute full set of Jinjer from last summer) that reaction videos using their full set performance are okay - not sure about the Captain Clock video that they released separately from the full set though. That full set has some of their most awesome songs up to the release of the Micro EP, but every song I have ever heard by them is great. As to videos, I'd recommend Who Is Gonna Be The One live Captain Clock at Resurrection Fest, or the official videos to Teacher Teacher or Perennial. Everything they do is awesome though - old stuff, new stuff all of it.
Napalm Records has all of Jinjer's videos licensed to YT. That means there are no copyright claims, just a notification that there will be a mention to the song in the description, maybe some ads and the video can't be monetized. The latter might be a downside for some channels but as for the rest, there are no negative repercussions. : )
I did get a copyright claim for this one but no strike... the record label gets the purse here but I get all the support from you Jinger fans (and that's cool with me). I Speak Astronomy is one of their coolest videos and if you don't have issues with copyright with their official videos, shouldn't be missed - note that there is a pause that makes some people think it is over, but it is just setting up the ending crescendo. However, they always give 110% on stage, and the ending especially is awesome live. Btw, I really like the lyrics window you do. That's a great feature. It would look cool in black with white text which you can do on a Windows computer by opening in Paint (or using Snipping Tool to take a screenshot and then copy/pasting into Paint), selecting everything, right-clicking, and choosing invert color. Most other apps should have a similar tool.
I can look into it for sure... editing is a BIG piece of my reactions and it takes time. I'm learning a new program right now (Final Cut Pro X) as well as getting fussier with how the video flows. I'd rather produce quality over quantity. Thanks for the suggestion 👊

Are you into hard rock, as well as metal? If you are, and seeing as you've had a look at Babymetal, consider having a look at Band-Maid, another band from Japan. Now, they aren't really like Babymetal. I'm not knocking Babymetal. I was close to buying a ticket to see them in London a few days ago, but Band-Maid are a hard-rock band who write their songs, play their instruments..and play them very well. There's nothing "cutesy" about their performance either, despite being an all-female five-piece group. It's just a rich mix of guitars, bass, energetic drumming and powerful vocals. @@DannymikReacts Great. Play is also one that often gets recommended, mainly because of its start, although they are unusual in that they don't have the two or three "big" songs that most bands have. They have a large number of high-standard ones instead.

They did a full two-hour set, and there were still several of their seemingly better-known songs that couldn't even make it onto the setlist. Their sound is quite distinctive, and the way their music is, if you like one or two, you'll almost certainly like 20-25 others, if not more.

For those JINJER - Pisces (Live Session). And the last JINJER - Teacher, Teacher! (Official Video). I deliberately offer you not everything, knowing that you are not a fan of heavy rock. After that, you can "eat the rest of the product".
I have no issues with the harder rock but I don't like it when it's extremely fast and you can't make out the vocals. Some Death metal is TOO much for me.

Oh mate, you have no idea what you've got yourself into. Jinjer is one of those bands (if not the only band) that just exploded over the past two years. The crazy thing is that they're getting better and better. If you compare this song with one from their last album Micro, you will realize what I'm talking about. And it's not just Tati, but the whole band. Plus Tati's voice somehow got deeper - and she got even more sexier and badass.
That's EXTREMELY rare my friend!! I can think of 19 out of 20 bands where shit went down hill after their first release. I'm so freaking PUMPED to do another reaction to these cats!!
Btw, there are only a few bands that I've done where the fans swamped me with suggestions as well as support. Rush, Tool, and Baby Metal.... beatbox fans are rabbid as well. And if you sexualize her in front of us, you would be told to show some respect. You can say that stuff about your auto tuned pop tarts all day long. Not only can she sing and Roar, she writes some pretty amazing lyrics that get very deep and her use of the English language stumps many. She is one of a kind. @@DannymikReacts hell yeah brother....im excited that they are coming to Rochester in the fall....def gotta go....not only is this band insane, but their journey from when Tatiana joined the band in 2012 has just been a roller coast of sorts for them but they kept pushing and driving harder. I would highly suggest doing some history research on the band and it will give you a whole new appreciation for them and give you a glimpse of where her lyrics come from....growing up in occupied Ukraine and such. Also a little bit of a tip....you can tell how old or new a song is by the progression of her tattoos and which band members are in the video haha. Keep them coming you are just gonna get drawn in even more. if you wanna do a longer reaction you should do the full live set from Resurrection Fest 2018.
I'll do my best with the research. I do know that Ukraines do NOT like Russians... and they have a solid damn reason. Architects is a British metalcore band from my hometown Brighton.
They've been around in the metal scene since the 2000s. Their 7th or 8th album just came out.
They lost their guitarist to cancer 2 years ago who was the main composer and songrwiter also the twin brother of their drummer. So the last album is the first one without him and the songs mostly about how to handle grief and lost.
I suggest the song called Hereafter or Doomsday whichever u prefer.

Realistically it's pennies but they all add up. I think 1000 views is like $1... but I have 175k on my channel so that would be a few bucks for 57 reaction videos. I got MANY hours into the whole process from recording to editing to the actual upload and viewer responses.

Jinjer-stan has grown too big, too fast for us not to understand what the first listen can be like. I'm new to your channel, but Jinjer reactions are my litmus test and YOU killed it. Great editing and commentary. As far as Tati is concerned, I'm not sure any mortal man need apply because she is damn-near lethal in her awesomeness! There is not a bad song in their catalog, but you may appreciate "Pisces," "I Speak Astronomy," or "Perennial" for a taste of the band's range. "Outlander" is one of their most straight-forward offerings. Every Jinjer song is a trip, every time.

Tatiana has two superpowers. First and most obvious, the voice - so many to choose from!
Second, the ability to look like a totally different person in every video. In "Perennial" she has two distinct looks which match the lyrics. She's amazing and usually does her own makeup.
You can pick a Jinjer track from any album or EP at random and come up with a winner. The other commenters are steering you well - there are some stand-out tracks.
"Teacher, teacher" - great video stitched together from a handful of live performances, great song, lots of vocal gymnastics, brutal bass and drumming, excited crowds.
"Perennial" - just watch it. Superb. I want this played at my funeral.
"I speak astronomy" - "MTV" style video, fun look, nice vocals and driving riffs.
"Captain clock" (live at resurrection fest) - stage presence, solid track, amazing drums, involved audience.
"Pisces" (live session) - Actually not entirely live, some light mixing and post production. The lyrics are heartbreaking. The structure is a blatant excuse for Tatiana to lure you in with sweet vocals and then unleash the full fury of her growl with maximum contrast. Jazzy, djenty and angry.
"Cloud factory" is excellent. Environmental.
"Ape" has a very effective video and a strong environmental vibe. Also heavy, heavy, heavy.
"Sit, stay, roll over" - lots of growling. Very good.
"When two empires collide" - another sad/angry song about the Russian-funded war in eastern Ukraine, where they originated.
"Words of Wisdom" official video version - listen out for the short growl as Tatiana walks over to the rest of the band before the vocals start. Tickles me every time.

There are a lot of people just discovering them and being shocked that they've been around and hardly anyone knew about them (I've only known about them for 7 months). Even now their North American tour is all tiny venues with cheap tickets. I've paid more to see bands I was just watching to hang out with friends haha. As to copyright, I've heard different things about Napalm's copyright claims on Jinjer videos. Resurrection Fest has said (in a comment on someone's reaction to their 40 minute full set of Jinjer from last summer) that reaction videos using their full set performance are okay - not sure about the Captain Clock video that they released separately from the full set though. That full set has some of their most awesome songs up to the release of the Micro EP, but every song I have ever heard by them is great.
As to videos, I'd recommend Who Is Gonna Be The One live Captain Clock at Resurrection Fest, or the official videos to Teacher Teacher or Perennial. Everything they do is awesome though - old stuff, new stuff all of it.
Napalm Records has all of Jinjer's videos licensed to YT. That means there are no copyright claims, just a notification that there will be a mention to the song in the description, maybe some ads and the video can't be monetized. The latter might be a downside for some channels but as for the rest, there are no negative repercussions. : )
I did get a copyright claim for this one but no strike... the record label gets the purse here but I get all the support from you Jinger fans (and that's cool with me). I Speak Astronomy is one of their coolest videos and if you don't have issues with copyright with their official videos, shouldn't be missed - note that there is a pause that makes some people think it is over, but it is just setting up the ending crescendo. However, they always give 110% on stage, and the ending especially is awesome live. Btw, I really like the lyrics window you do. That's a great feature. It would look cool in black with white text which you can do on a Windows computer by opening in Paint (or using Snipping Tool to take a screenshot and then copy/pasting into Paint), selecting everything, right-clicking, and choosing invert color. Most other apps should have a similar tool.
I can look into it for sure... editing is a BIG piece of my reactions and it takes time. I'm learning a new program right now (Final Cut Pro X) as well as getting fussier with how the video flows. I'd rather produce quality over quantity. Thanks for the suggestion 👊

Are you into hard rock, as well as metal? If you are, and seeing as you've had a look at Babymetal, consider having a look at Band-Maid, another band from Japan. Now, they aren't really like Babymetal. I'm not knocking Babymetal. I was close to buying a ticket to see them in London a few days ago, but Band-Maid are a hard-rock band who write their songs, play their instruments..and play them very well. There's nothing "cutesy" about their performance either, despite being an all-female five-piece group. It's just a rich mix of guitars, bass, energetic drumming and powerful vocals. @@DannymikReacts Great. Play is also one that often gets recommended, mainly because of its start, although they are unusual in that they don't have the two or three "big" songs that most bands have. They have a large number of high-standard ones instead.

@@DannymikReacts Put it this way - I saw them in London a couple of weeks ago. They did a full two-hour set, and there were still several of their seemingly better-known songs that couldn't even make it onto the setlist. Their sound is quite distinctive, and the way their music is, if you like one or two, you'll almost certainly like 20-25 others, if not more.
F'ng exciting for sure!!!! Les Claypool comes to mind when I heard the first 30 secs of Play and that's a HUGGEEEE compliment!
