There is every need to resuscitate his melody. There should be a Spouge competition associated with the celebration of this date. More leading Barbadian Bands need to promote spouge as part of their Genre.
I understand most of the Troubadours live in Barbados now, but neither the NCF nor the Division of culture paid them ANY mind this year. If Spouge was created in conjunction with them, where was the band or any members at this show? Mike Thompson is their lead singer - where was he?
