Ok so the the final grade the first 5 minutes were pretty smooth with only two incidents at 3:59 and 4:50. Unfortunately the next 5 minutes there was 5 incidents which wasn’t a good sign and the next 4 minutes another 3 incidents it wasn’t looking good but up to 22:26 the next 8 minutes and 30 seconds you only made one mistake at 19:00. But it started to go terribly downhill after 22:26 since there were 8 mistakes in the next 5 minutes but you kind of redeemed yourself with no mistakes for the last 5 minutes overall I give you a score of 6/10 just above the average of the usual American/Canadian/Australian

Hey good video, a little tip, if you want to take the edges off of the turkey slice/fold it up first like into fourths(it'll look like a triangle) it'll peel off way easier because you're getting all parts of the edges at once.
